"What can I say about this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The staff at this location made everything better. The location is a nice break away from the hectic. The beach at your footstep and a nice shaded area by the pool. Did I mention the staff? So wonderful and went beyond what was needed or asked for. I will always remember my short stay there and recommend this hotel.. the only complaint and it’s not about the hotel but on the island is the lack of smoking regulations. People smoke everywhere, restaurants, the washrooms.. everywhere. I really do hope that changes. Again my thanks to the staff at this location"

"Bringing a child, Xiao Liang at the front desk helped upgrade the room. The service was very good. The hotel room was large, the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was convenient for hanging clothes, but it was still not dry without dehydration overnight. It is recommended to equip it with a self-service laundry room. The hotel is a little far from the beach on foot, so it is not suitable for multiple round trips every day. There are many water activities on the beach. It is not as quiet as imagined, especially for wedding photos. The scenery is left with petals all over the ground, which is quite annoying. After the tide receded at night, I went to the beach to catch crabs the size of fingertips, and nothing else. The next day, I made an appointment to learn surfing through the promotional board at the pool bar. It seemed to be an external cooperation of the hotel. It was 300 per person for 1 to 2. The price was moderate, and the coach was also more serious. Unfortunately, the waves in Qingshui Bay were not big. I had to wait for a long time to catch a wave. I didn’t practice much, and it would be better in the summer. There were not many breakfast options in the hotel. I could eat enough, but there was no surprise. You can also order lunch, but you can’t deliver it to the room. The restaurant is open and air-conditioned, which is not good. It was quite hot at noon. You can take away your own food at the restaurant, and the takeaway box is charged separately, which is not like the five-star standard. There are not many takeaway options here, and you have to drive out to eat. It is enough to stay for 2 days. There was active cleaning and towel replenishment in the middle, and I was satisfied with the cleaning work."

"Agile community offers a decent guesthouse/hotel that's close to the sea. The front desk provides some complimentary items, but some are only single servings, like coffee and ice cream. While the service is fine, having just one portion of food items seems a bit unbalanced, haha. The commercial street is convenient, but prices at some shops are even noticeably higher than in Haitang Bay. For example, a classic McDonald's trio that usually costs 30 is sold for 54 here. McDonald's and Starbucks are usually good benchmark brands for comparison. In this regard, even though staying in Lingshui might offer better value for money generally, it's worth considering the daily expenses if you opt for a high-value regular hotel. From this perspective, for family travel, choosing a surrounding five-star hotel might actually offer better value in comparison."

"Satisfied. A group of four, including elderly and children, stayed for two days. 1. The room was clean and tidy, and the appliances were of good quality. 2. Excellent service. WeChat replies were prompt, and check-in and check-out were quick. 3. There's a private beach and pool, exactly as described. The pool is staffed with a dedicated attendant. Food delivery was always on time. Already recommended to friends."

"Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker! There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"I stayed for two nights. The good points are that the scenery is indeed beautiful, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, there's virtually no service, so be sure to consider that before coming. There aren't many attractions in the park; one day is enough to explore them all. Kids might prefer digging in the sand on the beach. While the hotel supposedly offers a butler service, the butler did nothing beyond adding me on WeChat. They only bothered to ask if I had a good stay after I had already checked out and left, which was ridiculously slow. I also recommend avoiding the complimentary travel photography service. When I called to book, they were very evasive about pricing, muttering about 'many packages' without giving any details or quotes. After the shoot, when choosing photos, they deliberately show you the retouched versions first, then compare them to the unedited originals to push you towards buying the retouches. Honestly, the unedited shots were really ugly. I took photos at 8:30 AM on a bright, sunny day, and the results were worse than what my phone could capture. It made me strongly suspect they deliberately manipulated the raw files to make the retouched ones look better. If those were the genuine unedited shots, then the photography skills are truly questionable. The most infuriating part was the ridiculously inflated prices for photo selection. They seemed to charge different people different rates, clearly gauging customers. For someone not good at bargaining, this was a terrible experience and felt like the hotel and photography studio were colluding to rip people off. In comparison, at my previous hotel, for the same price, I received all raw photos plus 10 retouched ones. The quality of those raw photos was comparable to, or even better than, the retouched ones offered here. Yet, for the same price, this place only gave me 12 photos they claimed were retouched."

"The scenery opposite the hotel is very good. It is really pleasant to open the window in the morning to see a lake view. Of course, I don’t know what lake this is called, but it is really beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. It has everything to eat, drink and play. It is actually open here. Overlord tea Ji, I didn’t come to Yingzhou before. The first time I stayed in this store, it was recommended by a friend. It is indeed like my friend said. The service is very good, the scenery is good, the parking is very convenient, there is a parking space at the door, there is a large parking lot behind and the room here is really big. The price is not expensive."

"It's a fairly new hotel with beautiful public areas, but the room details aren't great. The hygiene is quite good. Being a new hotel, the staff are also quite new, with many interns, so their less-than-perfect reception skills are understandable. There are many activities for children, and the staff are quite young. The outdoor pool isn't heated, so it can be a bit cold to swim in during winter, but you can still swim in the afternoon. A big shoutout to the young man with glasses driving shuttle bus #03 – he had the best attitude. Honestly, I don't understand this hotel; how can it be so far from the lobby to all the different buildings?! But then again, it's not expensive and it's new, so never mind."

"The community environment is very suitable for self-driving tours, with ample parking spaces, a super convenient swimming pool, a dedicated beach entrance and a careful dilution tap. The location is between the two main attractions of Lingshui we are going to - Boundary Island and Monkey Island. The convenience here can be said to be perfect. The only drawback is that the facilities in the room need to be improved. First, the door lock is a bit damaged, and you can only lock the door by locking it from the inside when entering and exiting; secondly, the room has a slightly strong smell of the sea, which has improved after ventilation. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. This place is very suitable as a self-driving stop in Lingshui."

"The front desk was very attentive and gentle, and helped to upgrade the room for free. The room is clean, with good soundproofing, and is a ten-minute walk from the beach. Parking is easy. The only thing is that eating is inconvenient, everything else is great. I will stay here again next time I come to Lingshui"
