"Quite average service considering it is ibis. The staff is really slow to respond with some being rude and unbothered at times. Blatantly refusing bellboy services and asking us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was good. Guards were really helpful though. Ample parking space. Rooms are a bit small but ***ageable."

"Very satisfied with a stay experience. The service staff are very warm, there are many types of breakfast, and you can also experience authentic Indian cuisine. Knowing that I have a lot of water, the waiter replenishes sufficient bottled water every day, safe and clean, recommended!"

"Only Food was delicious. Services not so good. This hotel is by far below 4 star standards. We booked a executive room with lawn access, however the lawn was not well maintained and there was nothing personal with respect to lawn. Concrete path maintained to walk through to the lawn but the lawn was not even the length of pathway. When asked about the basic amenities such as dental kit and all, the hotel personal informed that these were chargeable. These are something which is expected from a 4 star hotel. When I asked about arrangements for my husband's birthday, neither the hotel personal allowed outside cake, nor they could arrange a cake by themselves. The decoration work was not allowed and the staff had no idea for any such arrangements."

"We did have problem during check in as they couldn’t locate booking but after a while they did allocate 2 adjacent hill view rooms for us. We had another booking on another site which was ready when we reached. So wonder why this site booking was not sighted. Thereafter however we had an excellent stay and enjoyed thoroughly. "
