"Fabulous place to stay, very central and an amazing view and pool, the staff are so nice and just can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable, the pool is amazing. On first impression the place looks weathered and a shadow of its former self, there are about 60 rooms and 18 bungalows but only a few guests , there is a bar but hardly anyone uses it, the breakfast is very Asian but there is some western food so you won’t starve. The place is absolutely spotless and we really enjoyed our time there and would stay there again if ever in Palau"

"No problem with water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good. The menu changed every day. The rooms were cleaned, but the sheets were not changed. There was a small beach and a pool. There was also a cafe and souvenir shop on-site. The staff were very kind and cheerful. It seems to be a hotel that is frequented by many ********* people."

"The perfect base for a trip to Palau, this hotel is a steal! The Palau Holiday Inn is an absolute gem for Koror accommodations. From check-in to check-out, everything was truly delightful. First, let's talk about the breathtaking ocean view. Our Deluxe Ocean View room opened its window to the luminous blue Pacific Ocean. That ”glass sea” truly felt like a fairytale scene. The room was incredibly spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a well-appointed wet and dry area, and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The location is fantastic: a 5-minute walk to downtown Koror, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to WCTC Supermarket and Long Causeway Park, making daily commuting a breeze. The service and dining were truly exceptional. The staff spoke Chinese, making communication seamless, and their friendly smiles greeted us throughout the entire stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and even more worry-free, the hotel arranged our sailing excursions directly, making it a much more reliable and cost-effective option than booking them outside. For over 1,000 per person, this quality accommodation is truly exceptional value in Palau. I have recommended this hotel to friends who are going to Palau. During the peak season, you must book 1-2 months in advance, otherwise you will really miss out!"
