"The bed was a bit small. It's a quiet village, being a local aboriginal village in the countryside.
The noise from the air conditioner was a bit bothersome.
Overall, it's decent for the price.^

"Nice hotel but reception staff helpless, thier excuse for any kind of request if want for earliest check-in and/or late check out the hotel is fully booked this is what they will say to you and even if you made request for join connecting room they will never give.same excuse... I booked for 4 nights 2 rooms they have provided me in 2 seprate floor, I was keep requesting from morning and evening duty reception staff and they not provided me, only get reponce ”check after now hotel fully booked” I booked 2 rooms for me, mywife and my daughter, request is made on day of booking and informed on day check-in, we stay in 2 deferent floor. I feel hotel staff careless and I had difficult time staying in this hotel and keep asking for my request."

"The most important thing is that it's a 10-minute walk to the airport. However, the hotel turned out to be quite good, with a clean and large room. There are even slippers, not to mention coffee, tea, sugar, and cream. There are a couple of cups and bottled water, a refrigerator, and a large, comfortable bed. There's even a balcony with a view of the greenery. Of course, there were planes flying in the evenings, and you could sometimes see them from the window, but what did you expect? :) It was quiet enough at night to sleep until the morning.
There is even a swimming pool here, even longer than the one I had on holiday.
They don't serve breakfast here, but there are several cafes and a 7-11 nearby."

"The room is simple, exactly the same as what was shown in the photo. Basic cleanliness there and they provide free refill of towels (swimming towels were separate from bathing). The hotel is very central, a traffic light away from Sunday walking street market. However, lobby is not 24/7 open which was a safety issue for us (we were stalked at night). The pathway to the lobby was also dimly lit, more lights could be in place. Room had no phone which made it harder for us to call tourist police. However, the hotel manager was very nice and helpful to ask the staff to patrol at the hotel entrance 24/7. The staffs were also helpful by offering to accompany us to the nearest atm machine for withdrawal."

"Warmly welcomed by the staff with a huge coconut while waiting for check-in. Room was decorated nicely (upon request) and the whole villa was pretty clean with only one or two flies. Loved the bathtub/shower which had strong current and steady hot water. Private pool was relatively clean and staff were really friendly. Counter receptionists speak good english and the breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes (asian & western) with some changes in menu everyday. Although the overall experience was good and would definitely come back again the next time we’re in Phuket, the location can be quite out of the way (~30mins to Phuket Old Town). If you don’t have your own transport, there are bicycle/bike/car rentals on site at affordable rates, and shuttle buses to some destinations."

"I was very satisfied with my stay at The Arch Phuket Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
One of the highlights was the New Year’s Eve celebration — the hotel provided a complimentary dinner with a salmon set, which was delicious and very generous. We also received a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast on January 1st was also very special and different from the usual hotel breakfast — it was incredibly tasty and impressive.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Old Town, and there is no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to walk some distance to find one. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed in 2 bedroom suites 4 of us.
Pros: Reasonable price, great location. Delicious breakfast.
Cons: Hotel itself a bit old. Furniture and room design was soviet style. Personally I prefer high tech and newer hotels.
But for short stay specifically if you don’t really spend much time in your room, this hotel is perfectly fine for group travelers."

GGuest UserI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

PP CurrallThoroughly enjoyed our time at My Beach Resort.
We stayed for four nights in late July and the weather was great, much calmer sea than the west side of the peninsula at our previous hotel at Nai Harn. We booked a Premier Sea View Double Room with breakfast. Although our room was located toward the rear of the property and not particularly high up, the view was still fantastic and the balcony was big enough for two people to do yoga. The hotel is built on a hillside, so room locations are a bit unconventional. When booking, it’s worth looking carefully at the options—some of the first-floor pool access rooms don’t have a sea view, while others that do can feel less private, as the shared pool runs directly in front and other guests may be swimming or passing by. This isn’t necessarily a negative—some guests may enjoy the convenience—but it’s something to consider depending on your preferences. The resort offers a wide variety of room types, so it’s worth checking the layout before choosing.
Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with quality wooden furniture, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious walk-in shower. The oversized rain shower head was absolute bliss after a hot day. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
The hotel sits right on the beach, offering stunning views. However, during high tide the beach can disappear, and on some days there was quite a bit of rubbish washed ashore. The staff clean it up regularly, but it’s something to be aware of—especially if you’re planning to swim. Best to wait for calm, clear days. That said, the infinity pool by the beach is excellent and makes up for limited sea access. There’s also free water sports equipment available, including a canoe and a water bike, so you can still venture out.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options. We also loved everything we ordered from the à la carte restaurant—the pizza, in particular, was excellent, as were the Thai curries. The café is another highlight, with a great selection of cakes and a creative coffee menu. All the food and drink we tried were top-notch. Prices are somewhat higher than nearby restaurants, but we felt it was worth it for the quality, convenience, service, and of course magnificent views! That said, there are several good dining spots just a short walk away if you prefer to explore.
Walking along this stretch of beach, we passed a couple more restaurants, but My Beach Resort felt like the most lively and inviting property in the area. On the far side of the cove is Ao Yon Beach, which is beautiful, clean, and much more suitable for swimming. It’s easily walkable, giving you more beach options depending on the weather and tides.
The gym is small but functional, with a view of the ocean and enough equipment for a basic workout—free weights, cardio machines, and some space to stretch.
Lastly, the service throughout the resort was excellent. Staff were warm and attentive. We felt well looked after the whole time.
Overall, very glad we chose to stay here and would definitely return.

We had a great experience at this hotel — they definitely live up to their star rating. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, everything was clean and nicely maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
A special shoutout for the lovely surprise on my birthday — they brought out a cake at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. It truly made my day.
Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay.

2 swimming pools, but only 1.1m deep.
Dissapointed about old toilet system and no have ”bum gun”. I lived in 7 floor there is low water pressure in shower.

I would like to extend my heartfelt compliments to the wonderful staff at Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket — Mrs. Saranya Nitiprapan (Elle), Puy (Housekeeper), and Pa (Reception Manager). Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.
I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk .
Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay.
Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable.
Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. AAnonymous UserA truly noteworthy stay! The hotel's courtyard boasts a beautiful green environment with a wide variety of plants. The pool water was also clean, with staff clearing fallen leaves first thing in the morning. There's a rich array of activities available at the hotel. In front of the hotel is a private white sand beach, which is very clean, and you can even go clamming during low tide. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection!
However, the room's environment was a real letdown. The wooden structure inside gathered a lot of dust. The exhaust vent above the towel rack in the bathroom was completely caked with dust – it clearly hadn't been cleaned, which was quite disgusting. I can understand the yellowish water, given its hillside location, so I wasn't too picky about that. The TV was broken, but they quickly came to replace the screen.

GGuest UserGreat location within walking distance to the beach, 7-Eleven, and massage shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities. The swimming pool is nice, but unfortunately, the pool bar was closed. Even though there was a sign about a Happy Hour promotion, Breakfast was okay but had limited variety, and during check in staff didn’t inform us about the breakfast location and opening hours..Dinner at Foliage restaurant was not available, but room service pizza was tasty. Cupz Café was overpriced for the quality. Parking is available but quite narrow.

My family and I recently spent four nights at Patong Bay Hill Resort with friends, and overall, it proved to be a pleasant hillside retreat with both strengths and minor limitations.
**Accommodation & Location**
We booked a pool access sea view room, which was impressively spacious. The bedroom comfortably accommodated our family of three, while the separate hall area could easily house an additional couple. The elevated location provides excellent panoramic views and delivers an authentic Thai local resort atmosphere that many guests will appreciate.
**Service & Amenities**
The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Room service operates until 11 PM, with housekeeping available 24 hours - a thoughtful touch for families. One pleasant surprise was discovering the resort spans multiple buildings across different elevations. For guests who prefer not to walk extensively, the resort provides complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between buildings and to the reception area.
Transportation to Patong Beach (1.5-2 km away) is conveniently provided via free shuttle service until 11 PM, with Bangla Road just another 200-300 meters beyond the beach.
**Dining Experience**
The resort offers decent food quality, though options lean toward local cuisine. While vegetarians seeking Indian dishes may find limited choices, both egg-eaters and non-vegetarians will find ample variety. We particularly enjoyed the chicken delight pizza, which had a charming homemade quality reminiscent of early Asian pizza establishments.

The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

MMs. AMGIf you are looking for something that are far away from the city where you can chill in the beach, pool and not crowded of tourist then this is a gem find.
I love that they have their own beach access where you can swim, do kayak or just chill.
Room is amazing, view by the sea where you wake up with the beautiful sunrise, they have 1 resto all day price is reasonable and affordable.
You can also take advantage of the bus service to old town and robinson or book a car in the lobby.
Though the place is a bit old but the pool beach and room are very comfy and good price, service are really good and fast. I would highly recommed and would surely visit again.
It is a hidden gem away from so much crowd in Phuket.
