"The male receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage and directed us to parking. They have their own private courtyard, which made parking very convenient. He was always ready to assist and even anticipated our needs, preparing things in advance – highly commendable! The hygiene was excellent; you can tell they put a lot of effort into creating a guesthouse with unique charm. I highly recommend it!"

"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S. Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience. Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room. Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique. If you're looking for places to eat, I recommend the Hade Plaza in Heishui County, as there are more options there. We tried a ******* restaurant called Xiangnage, and the food was pretty good."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and again, the owner was incredibly kind. The hotel facilities were excellent. What really stood out was that the street the hotel is on has so many great food options, and shopping nearby is super convenient with big supermarkets and everything. Heishui feels much more developed than we initially imagined, and the ******* people here are so warm and welcoming – the owner is ******* too, haha! I rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience was truly fantastic and made me so happy. I can't even imagine how inconvenient our remaining two days would have been if the owner hadn't driven us to attractions and picked us up. Anyone seeing this review and booking this hotel is incredibly lucky. You really can't go wrong with this place!"

"The owner was soooo nice and extremely helpful! She picked us up from the bus station, sent us to dagu and picked us up to send us back to the bus station! They have free meals provided 10/10 would recommend and would come back every time if i had the chance! The rooms are also very amazing. Very spacious, clean and visually appealing! "We had a great stay here while visiting Dagu Glacier. It felt more like staying in a local home than a hotel, which made the experience very authentic. The owner was extremely kind and was waiting for us on the main road when we arrived. She also helped arrange transportation back to Maoxian train station. They even provided free transportation to Dagu Glacier. We were also offered delicious homemade yak milk for free, which was a very nice local touch. The shower had a ceiling heater, which was amazing after a cold day at the glacier. Everyone in the area was very kind and welcoming. A simple but warm and genuine place to stay."

"Our trip to Heishui with my partner was completely healed by the Norsky Guesthouse! The location is amazing, close to Dagu Glacier, so we could catch up on sleep after watching the sunrise. The room was simple and cozy, with a small sofa perfect for couples to snuggle up and gaze at the snow-capped mountains. The morning sunlight streaming in created a wonderful atmosphere. The owner is very romantic, discreetly providing clean cushions and small refreshments. The breakfast was exquisite and comforting, with fresh ingredients in the ******* hot pot, and tender yak meat – enough to fill us up and at a great price. During our chat, the owner recommended some less crowded, scenic hiking routes, where we took tons of amazing couple photos. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. Choosing this place for a couple's trip was a dream come true, and we'll definitely come back!"

"The room was big, clean, and beautiful with everything we needed. Everything felt modern, convenient, and easy to use. The owner, her kids, and the staff were amazing. They helped us so much even though we don’t speak Chinese and always booked Ubers for us. Her kids were super cute and friendly and tried to play with us. The staff’s service was excellent. Even after breakfast hours they made sure we had something to eat. They replied to messages quickly and were always there whenever we needed help. They even helped us find train tickets. Staying here was completely worth it. I can’t say enough how much I loved it."

"The hotel’s location is convenient for visiting Dagu Glacier, but the map pin is slightly inaccurate—you’ll need to walk about 200 meters back down the road to reach it. The room is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, cleanliness could be improved, as there was some dust and a few stains on the floor. "This self-driving trip to Dagu Glacier in Western Sichuan was made even better by our stay at Heishui Jiruo Mountain Villa – the most worry-free and comfortable accommodation of the entire trip! The villa boasts an excellent location, only about 1 kilometer from the Dagu Glacier scenic area. The owner even provides free shuttle service, saving you from early morning rushes, which is incredibly convenient for glacier visitors. Located next to the Qicai Jiazu ******* Village, the environment is quiet and beautiful, with a strong ******* style. The courtyard is clean and tidy, the air is fresh, and you can see the starry sky and mountain views at dawn and dusk – a truly immersive experience. Parking is super convenient, with a free, spacious parking lot and charging stations, making electric vehicle travel hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and odor-free. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness – a good night's sleep relieves the fatigue of the drive. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and complete toiletries. The cleaning is meticulous, with every corner spotless. The rooms have good natural light, great views, and good soundproofing, making them exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a high quality of rest. The accommodation combines the unique charm of the Jiarong ******* culture with the comforts of modern accommodations, making for a safe and pleasant stay. The owners and their family are warm and welcoming, providing exceptionally attentive service. Check-in is efficient, they proactively help with luggage, and patiently explain travel tips for Dagu Glacier, altitude sickness precautions, and even help you buy discounted park tickets. Any problems are resolved promptly, making you feel like family. The dining experience is a pleasant surprise! The yak hot pot and Tibetan-style earthenware hot pot are generously portioned, incredibly delicious, and made with fresh ingredients, offering authentic local flavors. The butter tea and homemade yogurt are also fantastic. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, with excellent ******* flatbread, porridge, and pickled vegetables – a satisfying and hearty meal. It's conveniently located near attractions like Naizigou and Qicaijiazu, making travel easy. Overall, the location is excellent, the service is warm, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and parking is convenient, making it incredibly cost-effective. It's perfect for family trips, groups of friends, or photography tours. Staying here at Dagu Glacier is definitely a great choice, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Heishui. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Western Sichuan!"
