"This hotel is my first choice every time I go back to Muchuan, but this time I had a very bad experience. When I entered the room, there was a rancid smell. I called to report it. The lady from the room came in with fresh air and said it didn't smell. I asked to change rooms and said it would be cleaned immediately. She told me how long it would take to clean and it was too troublesome, so I was too lazy to change. The lady at the front desk also hung up the phone before she could finish her words, and then I had to call again. The most outrageous thing. The Do Not Disturb light was clearly on, but around 9:10 in the morning, someone kept opening the door with a card and knocking on the door! After breakfast, I just went back to the room and fell asleep. I was really angry at this!"
