"The hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive, but after the evening walk we wanted to spend some time in the lobby to rest, there was excessive noise and no one warned us, so we had to go to the room. The hotel's location, food, staff attention were nice. Since it is an old hotel, the rooms look a little neglected, but it is clean and perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet and want to rest."

"First, the Abant Kebab: While the initial presentation looked appetizing, the consistency and flavor of the village yogurt underneath were fantastic, and that was the only thing that saved the dish. However, the kebab meat was full of sinews and very tough; I think this kind of meat shouldn't be used in any establishment. The eggplant under the meat wasn't bad, but the tomato sauce on top must have been a rushed task for the chef, as the tomatoes were sautéed without peeling them. Paying 850 TL for a plate and encountering the worst meat and tomato peels you had to spit out wasn't pleasant. Pizza (Alaturka): The dough and crispy edges were really delicious and resembled Italian pizza; in the end, that was the only place we ate. However, we again had to remove the tomato peels from the tomato sauce on the pizza, and the toppings, like the sausage, smelled burnt and stale oily. Abant Sarma: I saved the worst for last. The presentation was again fantastic, but the outside of the sarma was incredibly dry. The filling inside was stale and had a burnt smell, leaving a bad taste in the mouth immediately. I would advise against trying this dish. Desserts: We tried the profiteroles and soufflé and they were really good. The cream and chocolate felt high quality. I recommend these desserts. Service: The service staff were really friendly, respectful and presentable."
