"We stayed here for two nights and loved it. The location was perfect with outstanding views of the snow covered peaks from the room and from the dining area. Our room had a private bathroom and a large balcony. From the balcony we were literally facing the the star attractions of the Swiss Alps! The dining room staff was outstanding. The breakfast and dinners were simple but nourishing and good. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Regina for making our stay special."

"It's very close to the train station; turn left and walk along the hillside for seven or eight minutes. The hotel's exterior doesn't quite fit in with the town of Murren, but the lobby overlooks a row of snow-capped mountains, and the same scenery is breathtaking from the room window. The restaurant's dinner was decent, but the breakfast was unremarkable. The room amenities were acceptable, but the water temperature was inconsistent and difficult to adjust."

"On a scale of one to five I’d give this hotel at 3.5. It is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world, but it’s also old and in places it shows. This is a no frills hotel. There is no mini bar or refrigerator or coffee or tea maker in the room and no coffee or tea available until the morning breakfast starts at 7 AM. Nothing at other times during the day. No phones in your room and again it’s pretty basic. But again you’re in one of the most beautiful places in the world and you don’t come to Murren Switzerland and the Swiss Alps for the hotel experience. The rooms are bright and clean, the bathrooms small especially the shower but everything works and is clean and the staff are friendly. The morning included breakfast is good with nice variety. Murren is a small town with a few shops and restaurants and the hotel, easy walking distance to everything, including the train station and the gondola station. And be sure it asked for a room on the Mont Eiger side, and you’ll have a spectacular view."

"Right next to the mountain cableway, far from the station. No TV signal, the European Cup is ruined. The hotel admitted that some floors had poor signals, but only explained but did not make any compensation, which is ridiculous. I also want to remind everyone that the pose machine is very bad, and domestic credit cards without chips cannot be used"

"This hotel is old and creaky, but very charming. The rooms are huge by European standards. We booked a panorama view room, and the view was spectacular. I was worried about the shared bathrooms, but only once did I have to wait for a toilet, and I never had to wait for a shower. Breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking. My only complaint is that noise travels into the rooms from the hallway under the doors."

"Hotel Jungfrau far exceeded our hopes and expectations! We are experienced travelers and this was one of our best experiences top to bottom. Murren itself is incredible and has so much to offer for the active sportsman or for the person looking for a beautiful place to relax and dine and perhaps stroll in a charming village in The Alps. Hotel Jungfrau has excellent common and private spaces. The views exceed the photos and must be seen in person and are hard to leave. The included breakfast is superb and has vast varitey of choice. For the skier, the location and the facility is your dream and for the non skier it is the same. The hotel is beyond clean, the furnishings throughout are in new or very good condition and any need is met upon request. The management and staff are so welcoming and friendly along with being helpful. This was booked as a once in a lifetime visit and already we are sure of anothe visit to Hotel Jungfrau and Murren! Note- this place is great for families, couples, or just friends on a vacation. "
