"The overall experience is good. We were worried that it would be cold in the cave. However, the temperature was comfortable, and you can control it. Also, there was really good wi-fi. However, we had a few issues there: 1. The kettle is broken and should be changed 2. The hair dryer is old and bad quality. 3. When we checked in the owner said that tea is free and available any time, I think it.was misunderstood as on the last day host asked us to pay 400tl for the tea and coffee. 4. We booked a room with a fireplace but host said that it doesn't work. Later, we did clarify why it doesn't work and the problem was that the owner didn't have wood for it and it wasn't possible to buy it on our own anywhere (we did visit 4 different places)."

"We stayed in one of the cave rooms at this hotel and were very pleased with our experience. The cave room had a unique atmosphere and gave us a very special feeling throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-prepared, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We truly enjoyed this different style of accommodation and would definitely recommend trying the cave rooms at least once. However, if you personally feel uncomfortable in places with limited ventilation or tend to feel overwhelmed without fresh air, choosing a standard room might be a better option for you. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our stay."

"I went to Cappadocia alone to see the fairy chimneys, and I was lucky to find a room in such a beautiful hotel. The hotel's location was beautiful, especially the view. There was no chaos inside the hotel; it was a stress-free and pleasant holiday. The service tries to be as fast as possible, but what impressed me most was that they were all very friendly."

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at Ennar Cave Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. While the room was clean upon arrival, the overall service was extremely poor. When we requested extra towels, we were told to wait two days until the next scheduled room service, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. Breakfast was included in our booking, but in reality, it was only provided for two people. When I asked for something as basic as an extra egg, I was told I would need to pay extra. This is not what was advertised and felt very misleading. The manager/owner was particularly rude and unwelcoming. He came across as very stingy and constantly trying to cut costs at the expense of guests. One morning during breakfast, he repeatedly rushed us by saying our taxi had arrived, even though I clearly explained that the taxi would wait 10 minutes as part of the booking. Despite this, he kept interrupting us, making it very uncomfortable to even eat. Out of a 4-day stay, I only managed to have breakfast once properly, and even then, it was a poor experience. The rest of the time, it was either not worth going or we were rushed. Additionally, the hotel is located far from the main attractions, meaning you have to spend extra money on taxis every day, which adds up significantly. Overall, this stay was not worth the money at all. Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."

Each room was used by the home owners for storing good such as grapes, potatoes, wood, ext. rack room carries the plate that has names the function it held once upon a time. Lovely owners. "We had an amazing experience at this lovely boutique hotel, mainly because of its wonderful staff. All of them were always with a smile ready to help with whatever we needed, AND with this extra touch that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated (it's not the usual "good service because it's their job", but you get a great feeling from them). The team-breakfast, led by Erhan, were simply excellent!! Only superlatives to him and his lady colleague always preparing fresh food for us while talking about their local cuisine. The architecture of the hotel is astonishing, very creative - inside the caves. Simply breathtaking! Although we didn't use the spa facilities (we did a lot of outdoor activities), we really recommend this hotel for all the good reasons. Note: we are a family of 4 (16-year old twins), and spent 4 nights here."
