"I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel. The customer service was excellent and very responsive. They even gave us complimentary fruit tea upon arrival, which was delicious. The environment is also superb; it's a 5-minute walk to the river, and the hotel is flanked by wetland parks, perfect for cycling with the kids! If they had shared bikes, I'd love to stay here with my child for a week, haha! However, I can only give it a 97 out of 100. I'd only give it a perfect score if the air conditioning could cool down in 10 minutes."

"First of all, the house is very small and not worth the price at all. I read other reviews and booked the same room. Theirs were all bigger than mine. My room didn't even have a table. It was very small. The breakfast was terrible. The beef noodles that were delivered were almost cold and could not be soaked. It was very unpalatable. There was no breakfast the next day. Don't believe the ratings. This review is definitely a recharge."

"The stay represented an overall positive experience, with comfy beds and a large warm shower unit. The experince was only slightly marred by a few select issues with room maintenance quality, such as a stuck/jammed bathroom door which required maintenance to get open when i was locked inside and some slightly intrusive noise-pollution simply due to the hotels proximity to main city square. Overall, it was a very positive experience with helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again."

"I don't know if it's the hotel's management or style that seems to be too cost-conscious, but the breakfast at a Ctrip five-star hotel is too bad. Take the noodles for example, "pea whistle became boiled peas, pickled cabbage and pork shreds became a vegetable bowl, and I didn't see Neijiang's nationally famous beef noodles after staying for two nights." Ctrip also has a problem, giving five stars to all kinds of hotels. Is your five stars the level of this? Or is it just to increase the price?"

"This hotel is absolutely terrible! The price is considered mid-to-high for Neijiang, but it's relatively new. While the facilities are new, the smell is overwhelming; I felt dizzy and coughed as soon as I entered. I booked a twin room for six nights, but it was only cleaned for two nights. On the first night, they proactively asked if I needed the room cleaned, but afterwards, it was completely neglected. Avoid this hotel! On August 29th, 2025, around 5 PM, the receptionist—I don't know her name, and I forgot to take photos or record the conversation—had a truly awful attitude. The room hadn't been cleaned for two or three days; the shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and towels were all used up, and there was trash on the floor. When I asked at the front desk, she said the housekeeping department had closed and they couldn't clean it, without even mentioning it beforehand. When I asked if I could change rooms, she wouldn't, even though there were vacant rooms available. She just said the hotel was short-staffed. What a joke! She didn't even try to solve the problem. Anyone who stays at this hotel is unlucky. 🥰 Learning to improve is more important than keeping quiet."
