The room was clean with an en suite bathroom, the staff were friendly and helpful and we ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located near Nelson City Centre. "

Checking in at 10 PM, no one answered the phone, only texted. What kind of hotel is this? Don't they have security guards? You know, I've been to New Plymouth, Christchurch, and Queenstown and never encountered any difficulty checking in at night. Nelson is unbelievable; how can he run a hotel with such a lack of service awareness?"
