"The night in the building house Hotel is an absolutely great experience. The rooms are beautiful and modernly furnished, and everything is very clean – there is really nothing to make. Breakfast buffet is first-class and does not leave any wishes open. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. I felt very well and was here several times. I will come back in any case. I was particularly impressed by my stay in a tree chalet with sauna and terrace. It was really very nice and quiet. The chalets are only available with the room card so you have your rest there and are not disturbed by other guests. In the evening it is completely quiet and you can hear noises from the neighbouring chalet at the most. Also from the street you hear rather little, except for seasonal, when for example, at Christmas all night snow is transported. I had a chalet in the back area with view of the back part of the climbing park. The chalets on the other side had a look at the walkway and the front rows of the chalets. The bedroom is rather small, but offers a wonderful look at the trees through deep windows. The room was freely available with a coffee machine, a water cooker and a bottle of water. The chairs outside were provided in the box, as well as a furnace. There were bath coats, one-slippers and extra bath tubs for the sauna. Unfortunately, there were no requirements for the beds on the terrace. Unfortunately, there are no secure parking areas for motorcycles, which was a little damage as a single motorcycle driver. All in all was a very pleasant stay, and I can recommend the building hotel fully and entirely. I will come back anyway!"

"After entering the hotel/apartment, we were initially impressed by the spacious layout and the seemingly ample space. However, this initial positive impression quickly vanished when we encountered hygiene deficiencies in the sleeping area. There were several hairs on the bed and clearly visible stains on the sheets, which is absolutely unacceptable. A similarly disappointing picture emerged with the glasses we took out of the cupboard; these, too, were stained and obviously hadn't been properly washed, which disgusted us. The most serious problem, however, was the heating system. Despite setting the heating to a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius for more than 12 hours, the room remained uncomfortably cold. This meant that we had to spend the night in sweaters and socks and woke up with sore throats – a situation that is completely inadequate, especially on a cold evening. Furthermore, the kitchen amenities were inadequate. Not only were basic utensils like a cutting board and salt missing, but the provision of only a single roll of toilet paper without any paper towels or paper towels further complicated our stay. Overall, this hotel/apartment has serious deficiencies in terms of cleanliness and amenities that urgently need to be addressed to ensure a pleasant stay for future guests."
