"This was my first time staying at this hotel privately, but as it's a new one, it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and the space was more than satisfactory.
My only complaint was the food in the restaurant. They're committed to cutting costs, so they keep the staff to a minimum,
and apart from the all-you-can-drink option, they only offer beer and sake; you can't order sours or highballs. Why?
There's a wide variety of food, but most of it is thawed and reheated.
I guess this is common in business hotels these days."

"The surroundings are exceptionally quiet, making it ideal for relaxation or even a bit of meditation. It may not be the best choice for families with children, as there are very limited amenities catered for them.
Service, however, was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond — when my rental car had a brake light issue, they noticed it before I did, stepped in to assist, contacted the rental company, and ensured it was resolved the very next morning. That level of attentiveness is rare.
Location-wise, it is quite remote. There’s little within walking distance, so getting around or finding food requires some planning. But if you’re here for peace and an onsen experience, that quiet isolation becomes part of the appeal.
A memorable stay overall, especially for those seeking calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality."

"We hadn't made a reservation for the parking lot in advance, but they went out of their way to accommodate us, especially since we had children and had to leave early the next day.
They also upgraded our room, and we had a very comfortable stay.
The staff were so helpful, and even though we had a lot of heavy luggage, they went back and forth to carry it for us, gave our children some snacks, and were extremely considerate.
I'd like to use them again if I'm in the area!"

"The traditional Japanese hot spring hotel has two open-air hot springs, a soup of Chicheng and a soup of rock mirrors. When you take a hot spring, you can see the opposite mountain view and beautiful scenery. Laoshen Hot Spring is at the entrance of the tail owl, and plans to go to the tail to hike early in the morning. The woman of the hotel will hear that I am going to go to the stern, and I will help me to contact me for the next day to go to the tail of the bus. I feel that the service attitude is really touched."
