"The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the center. The rooms have come in the years but okay. What I didn't like was the atmosphere. The ladies at the reception shortly connected, null friendly. When I wanted to use the wellness area at 17.00 at 17.00 I said, unfortunately there are no more towels. At breakfast there was always a few out. Sorry, but with these many "small things" there is no good overall picture."

"The hotel is very well located, only 15 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the centre. A bus stop is only 1 minute from the hotel (bus No. 7). The hotel has a very nice sauna and pool area with a cozy rest and also a private beautiful garden with views of the mountains. Bademantels, sleeves and towels are provided. But in my eyes, the hotel is not a 4-star hotel. There are so many small things that could be improved with little means to improve the overall picture. In the bathroom there were holes in the floor that you could just cut well. The white tile wall was crushed over 10 ovens with dark grey. The cleaning lady had to tell that the liquid soap has been empty for 2 days. We also asked for a change in our room and we were told several times that the housemaster is coming and nothing happened. The reception does not even get a "Good morning" over the lips in the morning, does not even know in the area, or the staff is little hearty, maybe it is also the language barrier. The dining room looks like a cantine and is quite uncomfortable, but has a very beautiful view, the breakfast and evening buffet is completely unpleasantly decorated, most dining is already cold. The breakfast buffet never changes, at least once different fruit would be feasible and not for a week every day ananas. For the price of half-pension/show buffet, it is tasteful that money in the hotel is unfortunately not worth it."

"The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly staff. They offer valet parking, which I suggest using because the parking garage is very compact. The decor of the lobby and dining rooms were mixed quite well, complimenting eachother between Old & New. The bar was lively with a band and outgoing wait staff. The rooms were again mixed with Bavarian and modern styles. I would like to see a larger TV, but the giant sliding doors and the incredible views give you enough to look at. I would stay again without question."

"This place is a wonderful experience which my family and I would recommend to anyone! We only spend 2 nights, but we can only wish we had time for more. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the food at the hotel restaurant is amazing, and hotel staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had to leave at 5 in the morning to catch a plane in Munich, and they prepared sandwiches and coffee as an on-the-go breakfast! The region is amazing as well, with superb sights of natural wildlife beauty and picturesque rural areas. In summer you can go biking for hours on the local biking paths, or you can even enjoy the famous roller coster in the village. All in all, amazing experience, we of course are thinking to go back and encourage anyone to visit."
