"We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Hotel Suites in Orange Beach, Alabama! From easy check-in to easy check-out, everything was smooth, convenient, and perfect for our family’s needs. The hotel was clean and well cared for. While we were there, we noticed staff actively cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping the floors neat, which really stood out to us. We also loved the little shopping area where you can pick up items you may have forgotten at home — such a convenient touch! Our room was wonderful and very family-friendly. I especially appreciated that the room was not fully carpeted. The hard flooring in the living area was perfect after coming in from the pool with wet feet, sand, and towels. It made so much more sense than having carpet everywhere. The pool was amazing, the price was great, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We found it comfortable, convenient, clean, and truly suitable for a family trip. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location was very good, on a street from the sea, a very nice view, the cleanliness left little to be desired and the ****** receptionist in front of us checked in with some Americans and even offered them bottles of water and was very friendly and with us she was very bad carienta and no water he offered us"

"This is an older resort, but it offers free parking and two complimentary bottles of water. You also get free use of two beach chairs, which is a nice touch. The only downside is a large dumpster located downstairs; sometimes there's an odor on the balcony, and the garbage truck can be a bit noisy when it comes to collect trash in the mornings."

"The Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama, was a beautiful place! I liked the hotel layout. My favorite parts while staying there were collecting shells on their beaitiful private beach behind the hotel, leisurely riding innertubes on their "heated river" behind the hotel and enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet. Every hotel employee we met was wonderful and helpful! I reserved a physicallyhandicapped room with island view. My only unpleasant part of my stay was the flooding from the handicapped bathroom shower that flooded the bathroom floor, into the front entrance to the room, even wetting the hall carpet. I reported it to the front desk, who thanked me for reporting it. They said it was because it was a handicapped room. I told them it didn't matter...if it was a handicapped room or not. I told them more care should have been taken considering it was for a handicapped person. What if I'd fallen on the wet floor and gotten hurt? Anyway, I liked the hotel but I don't recommend renting and reserving the handicapped room (#415) until these issues are corrected and the room, itself, is updated and this problem is completely corrected. "The front desk staff was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the pillows hurt my neck. Everything else was great. The toll bridge was very slow, which doesn't reflect the hotel."

"Great hotel right on the beach. The location cannot be beat. I highly recommend the beach view balcony. They have free breakfast that is good. You do have to pay $15 a day to park. They have a parking garage. It says free parking but it is not free parking. You can rent to chairs and an umbrella for $45 per day. They have a pool bar. They have a hot tub. The pool is not heated but is very nice and cleaned every morning. A some portion of the pool is covered. There is a refrigerator in the room. I would recommend bringing your own pillows because their pillows are terrible but other than that it’s a great hotel!"

Best Western Premier the Tides

"Very comfortable stay with an extensive breakfast bar for a nominal fee. Easy beach access as well. Private balcony was a plus. Construction site next door was not a hinderance."
