"Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name."

"The location is quite good it's close to malls and the market. The room is clean and well-maintained. However, going up the stairs from the ground to the third floor can be exhausting, especially when carrying a lot of bags. We stayed for two nights, and overall, it was a pretty good experience!"

"Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff."

"This hotel is just convenient to the port area and terminal so it’s perfect just the hotel is average specially if your booked through 3rd party site they will give you the room that is no internet connection, room is ok, bed is firm and soft pillow no free breakfast the good thing they have elevator."

"The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average."

"Remote mountain area~ can live. Everything is available~ English at the front desk Stayed temporarily for one night. Anyway, it’s just like that. Don’t expect too much. Hygiene: General Environment: OK Service: No service Facilities: quite new!"

"I didn't eat🍽️ at the hotel, but there is a #nightmarket that opens at 12PM right in front of the hotel, so I recommend having local food there for lunch or dinner🧡. Also, about 5 minutes away, there is a pizza🍕 shop that is famous locally. I'll post a photo❗️"
