Bathroom mirror was not cleant for ages and had lost its capacity to show images 3. Fan was making noise 4. The balcony sliding door was not closing 5. The staff asks for extra amount for room change saying that you will give better room. 6. This is a plain simple lodge "

"At the time of booking it is mentioned as Entire Homestay with so many facilities. But single room was provided which was not clean, glass panels of window were having gap of 2inches welcoming all types of insects, washroom area was smelly, washbasin was leaking and water clogging was also there, washroom door can not be locked properly. Anything when pointed "Chalta hai" attitude was there. We have to ask for Basic facility Water bottle which was not provided."

"First of all, rooms were not at all clean, just floor were kept clean. Lizard was roaming around. I booked these rooms with breakfast, and unfortunately a day before plan got changed and i didn't want complimentary breakfast next day, so i requested to refund the amount whatever could be refunded, they straight away declined andwe checked out by paying amount for breakfast for 5 guests without having breakfast."
