"Hotel location is great, its right on the city walk. a few steps from the metro station and all the city-walk has to offer. lots of crowd right out side the hotel door steps. The room the hotel assigned me was in a split level between the lobby/bar and the roof top. there are overhead beam in the hallway leading to my room which was uncomfortable to walk through. you have to cringe down in case you head your head. Room is a good comfortable size and updated but a bit noisy. The breakfast was included in my rate but it wasn't good. I stayed for two nights and on the last day prior to check out there was a lady doing live-stream in the lobby. which I think it's inappropriate because it's affecting the hotel guest's privacy, something the hotel manager should take a note about."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from exit 8 with direct underground access to the metro station. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a vibrant array of shops, eateries, and restaurants, offering plenty of options right at your doorstep. I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff 叶子 were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day"

"This hotel may be small, but it truly offers warmth and comfort. In fact, it has a unique style that sets it apart from other hotels. Even though it's just a small establishment, you can sense a significant difference; the interior is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The front desk girls, 小梦 and 瑶瑶, are especially helpful. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient, as there are many restaurants nearby. I had an amazing trip here, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

"We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we really loved it. Room was big and spacious, staff was polite and welcoming. There is a metro station, Nanhu station just opp the hotel. It is also very near to Wuyi square and huaxing road, very convenient! The staff even helped us with our luggage went we checked out! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Changsha!"

"I don’t usually leave reviews but the stay at Yeenjoy was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel stay came with so many extra perks (tea ceremony, coffee, icecream, beer) and the room was immaculate and very comfortable to stay in. We even got upgraded into a larger room when the staff saw our bags and decided they looked big. I would recommend Yeenjoy Hotel to anyone travelling to Changsha"

"The room is pretty with nice views, but the 2 beds are definitely too small to accommodate 3 people. Perhaps the hotel should use bigger beds or open up a triple room for odd numbered families like mine. I clearly mentioned to this handsome front desk staff during check in that I have 3 pax. He was friendly and all, but alas the room only had items to cater for 2pax. I called the front desk and this same guy attended my call to get the items for the 3rd pax. He even called again after the delivery and reassured me that he had reminded the housekeeping that the room is stayed by 3pax. Guess what? The next day when we returned from a whole day of travelling, we came back to the room with missing items again. There were 3 towels so we just let it slide and decided not to call the front desk as it was our last night anyway... Also, what kind of upscale hotel does not/is unable to provide customers with the help they need through online methods?? Other than trip.com chat, there was literally no way for me to reach the hotel. They don't even have a local number that I can borrow to book attraction tickets! What a shame! And when I asked about this at the front counter, it seems like the message was ”you're on your own”. Definitely not a good feeling for a family who was visiting the country for the first time!! And I really expected better from an upscale hotel like this. Lastly, I believe that the hotel is located too far away from the main attractions, hence the surroundings are rather deserted. We always leave the hotel by DiDi anyway so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. It didn't seem like there were food places nearby that were open at night, so you might need ******* if you're staying in (but good luck if you have no local number!!). This is also how you can get a quiet location + nice views + a reasonable price. Worth it for the luxury experience if you're a party of 2."

"If you visit Changsha to see Zaha Hadid's Meixi Arts Centre then this hotel is in the prime position, with immediate access and wonderful views from the upper floors. There is also a shopping mall below. The reception and dining room staff are professional, helpful and polite. The establishment is clearly seeking to provide the best service possible. The room was spacious, and included a bath! It was a deluxe room in a deluxe hotel."

"The check in was smooth and the attendants at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room came with complimentary vouchers for 2 coffee which you can get downstairs. Attendant No.2 at the reception was extremely helpful on our check out day where she guided us with booking additional hourly rate stay since our flight was at night. She went over and above in making our stay pleasant."
