"The room was quite spacious and clean, and the hot water worked perfectly. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; I mentioned I was worried about noise, and they upgraded my room for free. In the evening, the hotel even delivered complimentary yogurt and flower cakes, which was such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast selection was also very rich and varied!"

"Facilities: Fully equipped and complete. All facilities are in use, except for the outdoor pool which is currently under renovation. Hygiene: Five-star rating. The bedding is comfortable and soft. The disposable toilet seat covers, disposable face towels, disposable toothbrushes, and toiletries are all excellent! A big plus! Environment: A quiet oasis in a bustling area. The biggest highlight is the rainforest landscaping – you don't even need to go to a scenic spot to get amazing photos. Service: They truly embody the feeling of being 'at home away from home.' During breakfast, if you stand in front of the coffee machine or toaster for more than 10 seconds, a staff member will come over and ask if you need help. Finally, I don't have to wander around like a lost child looking for assistance!"

"The room was very clean and the facilities were great. The makeup mirror was a nice touch. Overall, the butler service was satisfactory, always answering my questions. The only minor downsides were that the facial mask felt a bit dry, as if it had very little moisture, and the dispenser in the bathroom really needs to be replaced soon as it's quite inconvenient. Also, for the toilet flush buttons, I'd suggest putting a reminder on the wall, otherwise, it's not easy to figure out how to use it the first time."

The ingredients were carefully selected, and the flavors were spot on – the perfect way to start a beautiful day! **The morning at Meizi Lake was breathtakingly beautiful** 🌫️ Staying by the lake is pure bliss! Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"

"This homestay should be newly opened soon. The decoration is relatively new and the whole house is smart. The experience is excellent. The boss is very enthusiastic and the staff service is very thoughtful. The aunt who cleans the room is also very good. I can drink the coffee made in the store all the time. I walked into the window of the room and looked very good. Comfortable, especially after the rain, the boss also recommended a place to eat nearby. The taste of Hemu is really super! "The facilities are brand new, well-designed, and feature a separate wet and dry area. The room is spacious, and located in a residential area, so it's quiet for sleeping. Breakfast is abundant, offering rice noodles instead of traditional noodles. On the first day, there was an issue with the room lighting, but they promptly moved us to a different room and even offered a small gift as an apology when we checked out. The service was excellent. You can easily walk to the ancient city and the historical park from here."

"Came here after spending three days in Xishuangbanna. I chose this hotel primarily for its location. The entrance is small, but the facade decor is quite nice. However, there are a few things I really didn't like: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. On top of that, there were wood-knocking sounds in the middle of the night, coming from what sounded like an attic. The rhythm was very consistent, with several sets of knocking. I barely slept the first night. 2. There was a disposable toilet seat cover next to the toilet with a sign saying it was for-pay use, but the bathtub cover didn't have a similar sign. Either don't provide them at all, or charge for both, or make both free. 3. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional and in need of systematic training. Their service felt inconsistent and chaotic. 4. The breakfast selection was limited, and tables weren't cleared promptly. When I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM, there were no seats available except for the high stools at the bar. 5. There aren't many hotel options in Pu'er. I'd suggest sticking with chains like Ji Hotel or Home Inn. Paying so much for this hotel just isn't worth it."
