"It's a very Tibetan-style hotel. The ******* lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The staff helped us take our luggage to the third floor where we live (there is no elevator. The hotel is in a good location and is very close to Lapuleng Temple. It's only a few minutes' walk away."

"The rooms are well equipped and the room service and restaurant service are satisfactory. Two problems: First, the room temperature was too high, about 30 degrees, and there was no temperature control. I reported this to the hotel, and they said that the heating temperature in Xiahe is always that high and the hotel cannot control it. We opened the windows and drew the curtains, but didn't dare turn on the lights because there was a hotel across the street. We couldn't fall asleep in bed at all. It felt like we were in a scorching hot room with no ventilation or air conditioning. It was minus 14 degrees outside, but it was suffocatingly hot inside! We, an elder who was almost 70 years old, had to travel the next day, so we didn't sleep the whole night and just endured the scorching heat."

I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. I will stay at your house next time! (A suggestion, there is a not very good smell when the hotel room door is opened, so get some air freshener)

"We drove to Gannan and stayed here on the first night. The environment was nice. We went there late, and the boss left someone there to wait for us. I had a headache and nausea early the next morning, and my blood oxygen was only 80. I saw online that it might be altitude sickness. I wanted to ask the boss's wife for two bottles of oxygen to see if it could relieve it. Unexpectedly, the boss's wife was very considerate. While comforting us, she arranged for the staff to take us to the hospital for examination. It was very heartwarming when we were away from home. Thank you to the boss's wife and the ******* brother who took us to the hospital."

"The restaurant on the second floor or the third floor is under renovation. There are workers transporting materials in and out of the hotel, so it is a bit dirty. The breakfast room is on the first floor. It is very simple. The beef noodles have not eaten a piece of beef for two days... The front desk staff in and out of the lobby have been chasing dramas on the mobile phone."

A newly opened hotel ． started to paint a clean ． after check-in was amazed by the design of the hotel ． The lobby is very chic ． The room is clean, bright and tidy ． The service is also very good and responsive ． The breakfast every day is very rich ． Really I am glad to have my own choice ． and I will continue to 😀 next time.

Environment: Very close to Labrang Monastery, within walking distance. During peak season, definitely don't drive there; the traffic will be terrible. Park at this hotel and walk; it's very convenient.
Breakfast: Beef noodles with an egg or porridge and steamed buns. The beef noodles at the partner breakfast shop are quite authentic. The beef noodles mentioned here are Lanzhou beef noodles, not Sichuan or Jiangsu style beef noodles.

The Yangnoer Tibetan restaurant recommended by the boss was quite good. The dishes were exquisite and the price was close to the people. It was unexpected. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the monastery and most rooms have a nice view of the lively main street and the mountains behind. The rooms also have built-in heating so the room is not cold during the colder months. The bed is very comfortable. Staff doesn’t always speak English but they are very friendly. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but I think it is one of the best places to stay in Xiahe because of the location and it offers everything you need.
