"We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. I would be choosing this hotel again next on my visit to Venice. As we don’t like the crowded places the location is great, rooms are clean and nice nothing old or not cleaned. 10 minutes from Venice by bus 5. Bus stop outside the hotel literally. Same bus can take you from airport to hotel and back. Buy 72 hours tkt in the hotel and you can use it for murano burano and for buses with train. Price is 45€. In general ana amazing price experience good food in the hotel. 100% suggest it."

"Friendly Staff and Great Tips for Visiting Venice
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Centrale. What really made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They kindly explained to us the easiest way to visit Venice without driving into the city.
Instead of driving and paying expensive parking fees in Venice (which can be at least €25 or more), they suggested taking Bus 7 or 7E, which goes directly to Venice with the last stop near the main area. The journey only takes about 20 minutes, making it very convenient. They also recommended a nearby parking area costing around €12, which saved us quite a bit.
The hotel itself is comfortable and practical. The room was a good size with everything we needed, including a nice hot shower after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, and the hotel seems quite popular. There is also a little shop just next door so you can just buy whatever that you need.
The surrounding town is simple, but the hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Venice. We also appreciated that dogs are allowed, which made traveling with our pet much easier.
Overall, the friendly service and helpful local advice made a big difference to our stay."

"First, the good points: Check-in was officially at 3 PM, but the front desk allowed us to check in at noon once the room was ready, which was great service. I was a bit tired from jet lag after landing, and the front desk kindly lent me a thermometer, which was very thoughtful. We stayed in a family room with three beds, two separate rooms, and two balconies, all well-equipped and with good natural light. The cleaning staff were also very helpful, showing us how to use the key card. The whole hotel was very clean. It's super close to the train station and also very near the Ali supermarket, which is convenient and quick.
Now for the downsides: Being located at a T-junction facing the street, noise was unavoidable. We stayed for three days, and the room supplies weren't replenished promptly; by the last day, we had run out of tissues.
Overall, it was still a good stay. The location is excellent, and I'd give it a positive review overall."

"The only thing good about this hostel is location. I stayed few days there. I saw housekeeping not really done properly, room not vacuumed, shower cream not replaced, everything on the shared table in the room was dumped, even a plate! Charging point not working in most bed.
Kitchen only have one microwave, 3 fridges but don’t put your things in there, because there were thieves who steal food!
Check in after 7pm is a messed and chaos few days ago, or everyday I not sure. System down, people queueing not because business was too good. Was told it happened daily."

"Hotel is clean and tidy, with bus stops that connect to venice island within walking distance. Hotel is about 30 minutes walk / 15 minutes bus from Venice Mastero Station.
Room is decently sized, but bathroom has no space for towels, and is prone to flooding as shower stall does not have door or screen to prevent water from splashing out of the shower."

"Excellent location, three minutes from the train station, bus station, cafes, shops. In the neighboring houses and the neighboring entrance there are Chinese cafes and restaurants. We ordered - more than decent quality and not expensive. Regarding the unpleasant individuals on the street that were written about before me - I confirm, but they only appeared occasionally.
In the apartments themselves Very clean and tidy. Refrigerator in the room. Common area and kitchen.
I confirm what was indicated in the reviews before me, about the unclear communication before check-in, which is carried out by the owner. It was not possible to call in advance at the number indicated in the ad .... I had to involve the portal through which the booking was made. Trip.com eventually helped to establish communication!
Therefore, to help in finding accommodation, I am posting a photo of the facade of the house."

"Breakfast was decent, and they even had a DIY waffle station, which was fun. Perhaps because it was Carnival, it was very busy with lots of tour groups. They even set up an additional buffet area in a separate corner to manage the crowd during peak times.
The hotel is in a newly reclaimed area, making it quite remote. The only transport options are the water bus and the slow, driverless monorail. It's more suitable for those traveling by car or with a tour group.
However, Venice itself is quite small. If the weather is good and you don't mind walking a bit further, you can still reach the main city center on foot."

Hotel is just a 10-minute bus journey from Venice's Lagoon, and 10 km from Marco Polo Airport. It offers rooms with a TV and a desk. Rooms are soundproofed and include air conditioning, mini fridge and kettle. Each room has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. A sweet and savoury American breakfast buffet is provided daily. The restaurant serves both Italian and international dishes for dinner.
There's a gym and 2 conference rooms. Mestre Train Station is 800 metres away from the hotel. The bus stop to Venice is just outside the main entrance.
"Very disappointing experience with discriminatory attitude at the front desk.
We simply asked for an extra blanket, but the staff misunderstood us repeatedly, even after explaining three times.
Instead of helping, the receptionist made unnecessary and inappropriate comments about Chinese habits compared to Europe, saying things like “Europeans don’t change toothbrushes every day” and “this is not how Europeans do things” — we never asked for a toothbrush, only a blanket.
In the end, they only brought a duvet inner without a cover, still not understanding our request.
Location is fine, but the rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory service from front desk ruined the whole stay.
Not recommended."

GGuest UserLocation is everything. Great communication. Easy to find. Several steps up and down a bridge to carry luggage over. Helpful to find access to the water bus. (Public transportation) instead of water taxies (Private transportation). Arranged taxi to get to the airport for departure. Good buffet breakfast. Had room ready for us 2 hour before check in. Comfortable king size beds. Only challenge was small shower.
This was our last two days of a 23 day trip. Venice was unbelievable.

NNuannuanshengdanThis is by far the hostel with the best facilities I've ever stayed in. It's spacious, new, clean, and tidy, both the individual rooms and the common areas! The kitchen is a bit small, but it has a very large dining area. I also saw quite a few Asian faces around. I stayed in a 7-bed dorm that was split into two sections, four on one side and three on the other, and it wasn't even fully booked. They have a self-service coffee machine and a huge study and internet area.
While the room itself was excellent, one particular roommate I encountered here was the worst I've met on this trip. In hostels, people usually respect sleep schedules, but this person kept the lights on while others were sleeping and used the hairdryer constantly. I guess that might be a downside of having the bathroom inside the room.
Dining was super convenient, especially with many cheap Chinese restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the small canteen; their rice cakes tasted exactly like the ones from Ningbo, absolutely delicious!
Its location is directly opposite the train station, making it very easy to get to Venice's main island. I only stayed for one night, but if you have more time, you could definitely stay longer and explore the smaller islands around Venice.

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station.
It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase.
The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel.
The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming.
There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~

But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation.
For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves.
Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus.

GGuest UserLocation is ok, around 10-15 mins bus ride from Mestre Station and there is a direct bus to the main island of Venice. You can buy bus ticket at the hotel reception. There is a big supermarket (CONAD) opposite to the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Room is a bit small tho, can’t open two big luggages at the same time. Breakfast selection is ok, just usual breakfast choice but the staff is so nice.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast is very disappointing and the amenities are lacking, like a 2-3 star hotel.
(1) They seem to have cut back significantly on the amenities. For example, past reviewers mentioned slippers, but there are no slippers provided. Past reviewers also mentioned an in-room coffee maker with capsules. Now, only instant coffee is provided. But, there is a big bottle of water in the refrigerator, free of charge for guests.
(2) The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Coffee does not taste good, in particular in a coffee-loving country. Italian breakfast usually comes with a lot of bread/cakes. The pastries are horrible, not fresh at all and even taste worse than those we bought at local grocery stores. I saw many guests at neighboring tables cannot finish the pastry (a really waste of food) since they really taste horrible. Greek yogurt is lacking. Bacon is very difficult to chew. Overall, on the surface, it looks like there are many items, but most of them have poor quality.

However, there is no free shuttle for guests without their own transportation, so we had to walk 20 minutes to the bus station and then wait another 20 minutes for a bus to reach Venice center. This was misleading considering the amenities listed. We paid around 60 euros for a 2-day, 2-night stay. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

For Bus, you can buy tickets from receoption!! nice.. but then you have to walk 15 minutes to number 24/24H bus to go to Venice, or you can go from hotel 10 mins to T1 tramway but ride is longer .. but for 1.5E per bus/tram ticket better walk instead of parking your car in Venice for approx. 25E, or cheaper but scammy car parks, unsafe..
Staff from reception and kitchen generous.. very very spacious rooms, safe and medium fridge in the room without freezer. Bathroom is equipped also, lights on the bed in heart shape is a nice idea for honeymooners.. AC is working good, breakfast was cheap and not bad. Overall I liked it here and I'd come again. Minus one star for atm surcharge

MMarco9The hotel is a good hotel with a living room, bed and mattress with very comfortable couchs, large and spacious bathroom, and a tent used in the bathroom instead of a glass wall/box that would be more presentable.
Improved breakfast, little choice and variety...and lack of electric toast and bread to make a toast.
