"I booked this hotel in Seoul after a concert. I've stayed at other hotels near COEX before, but Glad definitely has bigger rooms and more complete facilities. The transportation is super convenient; there's a subway station right downstairs, and you can even walk through the subway station directly to COEX."

"Service: The front desk staff were great, accommodating all reasonable requests, and the housekeeping team was also very friendly. Environment: The area is safe and transportation is convenient. After getting off the 6007 airport bus, it's just a two-minute walk to the hotel lobby. Yeongdeungpo Station (Line 1) is a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Facilities: The equipment is well-maintained and looks new, with no damage, and is easy to use. Especially the power outlets, which directly fit Chinese appliance plugs."

"It was pretty good, super close to Unseo Station. Just cross the road, walk straight, turn left when you see BR, and you're there. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unseo is really perfect for concert-goers – there are convenience stores, restaurants, Olive Young, everything. I recommend bringing your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and a travel adapter."

"The hotel's location is convenient, right across the street from COEX. Regarding the construction noise, I personally found it manageable, but it might vary for others. The room was relatively small, and the 7-Eleven downstairs was tiny, with a staff member who didn't speak English. However, the hotel's service attitude was excellent, and the location was great. One minor issue was that water easily splashed out of the shower area because it was a shower-bath combo with a very small splash guard. The breakfast was decent; I particularly enjoyed the pho soup – it was delicious and flavorful."

"Pros: - Right smack in the center of Myeondong and just above the Metro - 24H convenience shop at lobby Cons: - Only amenities provided are soap and shampoo. No other toiletries. - Can't adjust the AC temperature - WiFi did not work for me between 9pm and 2am - No windows - Gloomy corridors"

"The stay was amazing! Everything was almost perfect expect for some minor things like the carpet in the hotel did not feel that clean. I woke up with some allergies i think due to the carpet not being clean properly. And the daily cleaning still needs more work as for most of the 4 star hotels in seoul. But other than that the hotel was more than enough!!! Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel’s location is great. 10 mins walk to train station. A lot of food around. Nearby the hanok village which has lots of cafes and shopping. Also can walk to Kwanjang market. The room size is just right. I can open my 2 large luggage and still has space to walk. Everything is super clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only downside is that the pillows are a bit too soft — it would be nice if extra pillows were provided for free or if firmer options were available. Tv is great. Its huge. Tub is good and clean too. Plus point because toilet has bidet!!!!"

INSANE BECAUSE PREVIOUS OTHER HOTELS HAVE TO PAY FOR IT😵💫😵💫😵💫 -CHECKED OUT AT 12pm!!! NOT 11AM BUT 12PM?!? GAWD I LOVE IT!! THEY WERE INCLUDED WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT!!! SO MUCH LOVE FOR THE LESS TROUBLEEE😩😩 -DEODORANT AIRFRESHNER/FABRIC NOT MANY HOTELS HAVE THIS PLUS IF THEY DO THEY DINT SMELL THIS NICE!!! I WANNA KNOW THE BRAND OF THE FRESHENER ITS SO GOOD AND I LITERALLY SPRAYED IT EVERYWHERE AND EVERYDAY DURING MY STAYYYYY!! -MAGNETIC DOOR MAKEOVER?!?? THATS CRAZY BECAUSE OTHER HOTEL WILL USE EITHER A DIGITAL KIND OR HANGING ON THE DOOR HANDLE BUT FOR THIS HOTEL?!? ITS SO COOLL BECAUSE ITS MAGNETIC!! FFS IM SO EXCITED 😆 LIKE ACTUALLY EXCITED THAT I CALLED MY FRIEND AND BRAGGED ABOUT IT!! -FREE EYE MASK? NO HOTEL GAVE FREE EYE MASK?!? SO I USED IT AND IT FELT AMAZING AFTERWARDS!! —SEPARATE TOILET AND BATHROOM!! AS A GIRL SO DOESNT LIKE COMBINE WET AND DRY TOILET TOGETHER…THIS MAKES MY STAY SO MUCH HAPPY PLUS THE SINK IS LITERALLY OUTSIDE WHERE I CAN SEE THE VIEW AND MY BED (as a scaredy-cat person going solo i love the sink being that way) -PARTITION !!! YOU CAN CLOSE THE DOOR SO AT NIGHT YOU DONT HAVE TO LOOK AT THE MIRROR REFLECTION !!! IM SO INLOVE WITH THIS!!! - THEY HAVE INTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE REMOTE!! IN ENGLISH TOO!! VERY CONVENIENT LIKE VERY VERYYY!! ANYWAYS ITS A SIGN FOR YOU TO BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY! ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE A SOLO TRAVELER !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!"

"This is a comfortable business hotel under the Lotte brand. The location is great, with a subway entrance just a short walk downstairs, and Myeongdong's main shopping street is only a few minutes away on foot. There's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, a GS25 convenience store nearby, and plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel's public areas are stylishly decorated, though the rooms are a bit standard, typical for a business hotel, but you can see the tall buildings of major companies through the glass windows. The front desk is on the second floor, where you can self-check-in and check-out. There's a self-service gym and laundry room on the third floor. The service from all departments was very warm and attentive."

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Shilla Stay Mapo Seoul. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were professional and warm, always responding promptly to requests. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, providing ample energy for the day's activities. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was elegant and quiet. It offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul."
