"Pretty good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide disposable hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and hand towels. However, there are no disposable slippers. They do provide two bottles of water. It's quite clean, and the self check-in is very convenient. You can also book a taxi."

"Great stay! We had a room on the 10th floor with an incredible view — definitely a highlight. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main market, and Metro Line 1 connects you easily to the rest of the city. The service was good, and the front desk staff spoke English. For the price we paid, I recommend it 10000%!"

"Overall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences. The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable. Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually. One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful. Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity."

"Stayed for 3 days, I booked a total of 5 rooms, all with windows and without amenities (which cost 2kw each set). The decoration is amazing in an old-school Hong Kong style I guess. Unfortunately, the last room of my booking was quite small (the room was just a little bit bigger than a king bed), and I had to store my luggage under the bed. Though the hotel is spotless, they have a scale for travelers to measure their bags. I tried almost every restaurant near the hotel and they all tasted amazing and affordable. The hotel is also near many bus stops and mrt exit (but it does not have an elevator so who choose the bus instead). The hotel also has a washing and heating machine. 100% gonna stay again."

"Pros: It was my first time staying in a basement room, so I was a bit flustered, but it was just missing a window. The air was fresh, and it wasn't humid or dry, so the condition was really good. The room was very spacious. The floor heating worked well, and I preferred that it wasn't a carpeted floor. The bathroom was also very large, and the pajamas were warm and comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly. It was great to be able to take as much water as I wanted from the first floor. There's an ice machine and a coffee machine on the first floor, which is nice. (Though it felt a bit awkward and embarrassing because the staff would stand up and greet me every time I passed the desk, haha.) Although I didn't use it, breakfast is free. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms, so it seems soundproofed. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. There's a CU convenience store nearby, and many street food stalls and restaurants, which is convenient. It was convenient that delivery drivers could come right to the room door. The location is good, close to the bustling area and bus stops. There's a good speaker. There's a very large TV with loud volume. Cons: The bed was too soft and didn't offer enough support, which caused back pain. (Instead, the floor was spacious and clean, so I slept on the floor.) There were two pillows; one was too high, and the other was a memory foam pillow that felt hard. The hard memory foam pillow didn't pair well with the soft bed, which made my back and neck hurt even more. Perhaps because it's a basement room, I heard the sound of water flowing from the ceiling wall all night. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would consider returning."

"Location-wise, it's really great, very convenient to get around. There are two OY restaurants downstairs and plenty of good food nearby. Since it was our last stop, catching the 6015 bus to the airport meant standing room only; it's better to wait for other larger buses. Facilities: The room itself was good overall, but the pillows were way too soft. I'm used to latex pillows, and these really made my neck uncomfortable. Many hotels now offer a pillow menu, and it would be fantastic if they could make that change here. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was better than the one in the laundry room, and the dryer was excellent – my jeans were dry in 45 minutes. Hygiene: I'm not sure why there was a lot of lint in the room. Is that why there's an air purifier in the room? My sister only stopped coughing after we turned it on."

"Great location, with an airport shuttle nearby and a subway exit within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is split into two buildings, A and B. The lobby has plenty of seating for guests to relax, and they thoughtfully provide bottled water, bread, and cup noodles. "This hotel offers excellent value for money at its price point, no wonder it's a top choice for K-pop fans. Location: It's close to Mapo Station (Line 5) and Gongdeok Station. If you're flying in/out of Gimpo Airport, the direct subway connection is very convenient. Taking a taxi also saves a lot of time compared to getting to Gangnam. It's also very close to Yeouido and Hongdae, making it an ideal place for younger travelers to stay. Hotel Facilities: The room was a little larger than those I've stayed in at Mapo Grand and Gangnam L7. The downside is that it's a bit old, so the style and facilities feel a bit dated. The upside is that the soundproofing on the windows facing the street is excellent. When I checked in, I requested a room away from the elevator and more secluded, and they accommodated my request, so there wasn't much noise from the hotel corridor, which I was very happy with. Staff: The male front desk staff who checked me in spoke Chinese and was very friendly. He fulfilled all my requests for a non-smoking, high-floor room away from the elevator for quietness. When returning by taxi, the hotel security guard would also proactively help open the door. For a hotel at this price point, they really do a great job. Summary: I'll definitely be back. For such an affordable hotel, what more could you ask for?"

The staff were really helpful with luggage and arranging taxis. Just a heads-up: avoid the convenience store downstairs; the staff there are incredibly rude and you can't eat inside. There are plenty of other options all over the street anyway!

GGuest UserHave been to Seoul many times now but it was my first time staying in Insadong. Convenient location, where first floor connects to the Insadong alley and also near bus stops and the train station. Double room was spacious for a single person, and I believe it would be spacious enough for 2 too. Amenities in the room are standard, like what you’d find in most hotels. There’s a coin laundry room, 4,000krw to wash/dry respectively. Overall design of the hotel was very tasteful. Only thing I noticed was a corner of the bedsheet being slightly stained when I arrived on my first night, but nothing else that I’d deem negative for this hotel. Would definitely recommend to others.

GGuest UserOverall, our stay was great. The location is perfect, 4 metro stations, plenty of buses, a lot of cafes are near by. The room is pretty spacious, there was everything that you might need. The TV is smart, it’s possible to watch Netflix or YouTube. The room was clean, well-prepared. The check-in process is super fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi was great as well, I joined zoom-call easily There were two minor things that we were a bit dissatisfied about: 1) the AC doesn’t have a night mode so it’s hard to adjust it, it’s either cold or hot.. we struggled. 2) we wanted to dinner at BBQ restaurant at the hotel, which works till 10pm as was stated at Ad. However, we came at 9, it was already closed, they said that the last order is at 8:30.. which is rare.. usually last order is 30 min before closing. So we left hangry. Anyway, the hotel is great, we would definitely come back and recommend all friends.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new and very photogenic, and the breakfast is excellent value for money with beautiful views. What impressed me most was the incredibly helpful staff. We left something at our previous hotel, and the staff, who spoke fluent English, seamlessly communicated with the old hotel and helped us retrieve our lost item. A big thank you to Phillip and the lady at the front desk who was on duty on the evening of the 22nd! The only minor drawback was that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

Washing machine and dryer in room. The service staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing that I thought could be improved on was perhaps the hotel providing some free laundry detergent. It’s not expensive to purchase from the front desk (krw 1000) but it’s a hassle to have to go down to purchase it. It’ll be nice and much more convenient if they just provide enough for a use or two in the room.

GGuest UserI had to cancel 1 night and even though i submitted the request within the amendment period, it was conveyed to the hotel and by the time the hotel responded, it had past the deadline. I felt that I was caught in between trip.com and the hotel, the time taken to communicate the amendment was delayed because of the communication time between the 2. When I arrived to stay the 1 night, the staff were so unaware of how to do service recovery - they know that I paid almost SGD1000 for 1 night, perhaps they could have upgraded the room or just provided breakfast. But no, they say they can’t change anything in that booking. Like seriously, you guys shouldn’t be in the service industry! I laughed when I saw that welcome message from the hotel GM in my tv screen. Never again in this hotel. And trip is not blameless too. You should always set deadlines taking into account response time between hotel and trip.

Pros: -nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there) -Big and cozy bed for two people -Toilet with good warm water -Good amenities -Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones) -Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city -Able to see seoul towel from our room! What to improve/Take note: -the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in. -No microwave/only fridge available -The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel. It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy. The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out. Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.

GGuest UserIt's always a nice stay here! The location is very great, olive young is downstairs , and the subway station also downstairs, it's near the airport bus stop too! They have bidet and the toilet is scpacious, the room also spacious, you can store many luggages, they have tables and chairs too for you to eat or have some work, their receptionist lobby and all the staff also very helpful during my stay, definitely recommended, not to mention they have 24h convenient store at the 3rd floor and laundry room

A taxi to the airport costs 100,000 won. It is equivalent to about 526 yuan. It costs 349 yuan to book a pick-up on Ctrip. It is OK for business trips.
