"We were not happy with this hotel. It was not clean, run down and over priced. We had to wait in a queue for more than 30 minutes each morning for breakfast even though we went very early or later and the food was very disappointing. The room was moldy and the balcony had green slimy water. The TV remote didn’t work and we could only watch one channel. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate but we left even before our stay was up because we were very unhappy with this hotel."

"Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The lobby and rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. "This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves."

"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"　The location was a little far from the AD bus terminal, but it wasn't so far from the hotel that I had to use a taxi. I walked about 10 minutes with my suitcase, but some people might find it too far. 　There was no explanation of how to use the in-room safe, so I called the housekeeper, but he didn't speak English, so I had to use a translation app. He still didn't understand, so he came twice. It was good that he came without hesitation, but it wasn't just one visit, so some people might find that annoying. 　The most disappointing thing was that when I went there expecting breakfast to be 6 pesos, I was told it was 150 pesos. The price may have gone up, or it may have been a mistake and it was 6 dollars, but I trusted the information written on the website and applied, but it was completely different, and I thought, ”I've been tricked, I've been scammed.” I hope this will be fixed soon."

"Cancun must do 3 things, 1, free shuttle T4-T2-T3; 2, opposite the lawn gas station bank exchange, 19.20, later in the city 19.30; 3, find the ADO bus, 140 to the ADO bus terminal, here is Cancun Dongzhimen transportation hub! This hotel is near the ADO terminal, on the side of the road, within walking distance, eating a tortilla 23 pesos, 1 knife! There are big supermarkets around, safe, in order to go to the airport the next day, in fact, worry more, the hotel area is not far away, the XO convenience store on the side of the hotel is in front of R1, 50 minutes directly to Playa Delfines, 12 pesos ticket, similar to Sanya Bus Terminal to Haitang Bay! The sea is blue, the sunset is pink, Mexico does not know which is particularly like Thailand, the tourist area is basically similar to North America, a beef burger is 15 knives, locals eat a plate of Chinese food to cover rice, also more than 150 pesos, 7.5 knife, similar to Philadelphia Chinatown, a boiled beef 480 pesos, 24 knives, More expensive than Stockholm, Sweden, Cancun is a tourist enclave in the winter of the United States and Canada!"

"Walking distance of ADO bus station. Nearby lots of nice cafes, and nearby a park with various food stalls. Bus stop nearby to get to hotel zone. For the hotel, the pool and jacuzzi is great. Stayed in a dorm bed. Has curtains for privacy and a cupboard to store your luggage. The water accumulates in the bathroom. Perhaps still need some renovation work."

"This might just be the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they're cleaned daily, so it's always spotless. It's an all-inclusive resort, meaning all food and drinks are covered – and they're all high-quality too. I highly recommend the beachfront restaurant; just remember to make a reservation for the evening. The atmosphere is incredible, and watching the sunset with the sea breeze is pure bliss. The hotel has its own private beach with soft, fine sand, right outside your door. There's also a swimming pool and hot springs. It's connected to other hotels as well, so you can share some of their restaurants and pool facilities. Plus, there's a free show in the auditorium every night at 8:30 PM. All in all, it's incredible value for money. Highly recommended!"
