"It was really nice. It was new so it was clean and there was a mall underneath which was awesome haha ​​It was nice because it was in the middle of downtown and the hotel zone. There is a beach you can take a bus to from the hotel? Don't go there. It's a waste of time. Just take an Uber and go to the public beach."

"Intercom Lots of beach beds and umbrellas,extremely clean,not designated so ppl from other properties come and use it,waiters constantly offer food/drinks NOT free 100pesos for corona,food more than back home in Canada roughly 300pesos for wings or burger or chicken strips. Freshly baked fish 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Tiny buffet if you think you gonna have rows and rows of food think again,MayBe 20foot long buffet,EXACT same food for 10 days(brutal).One person working @ omelette station with min 12min wait.Even though it was prepaid breakfast they make you sign a receipt 1100Pesos, couldn't figure out why, so after 4th day we were getting ZERO service, yup wouldn't even offer a cup of tea/coffee,ended up figuring it out,they expect 10% tip on the 1020Pesos(cost of breakf for 2ppl) so 100pesos each time you eat(NOT joking),so our 20-50pesos tips WERENT enough! For dinners we ALWAYS go off resorts when in cancun cuz there are soo many great options,this hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants like Harry's, Mono, Ilios,but bus station is right outside (12pesos each way) Room facing Lagoon which is main road,can hear EVERY car, person talking,so noisy day and night,plus our room was next to janitor's room so in and out slamming door and talking on a radio from 6am till 6pm(BRUTAL!)shower is large,sink over floating, mattresses rock hard but sheets are super white,AC worked well, 2pools,restaurant and pool bar empty.Lots of beds avail, Check in/out super quick and front desk people are Extremely helpful! So there's gas station across the street beer is 25pesos, there's supermarket 7min walk beer is 15pesos and has fresh Fruits,liq,jugs of water Basically if you looking for Mexican experience ALL inclus,cheap food/drink this is NOT it! If you looking for quiet getaway with prices on higher end but still be in Mexico this is the place for you! If you looking for same sand and all inclusive def need to look else where unless you don't mind grocery shopping on your vacay. Would I come back to this location-I doubt it,just doesn't make sense to me in sense of México experience!I def don't feel like spending more $ than I do @ home"

"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."

"Breakfast was edible, and you can order omelets, quesadillas, waffles, etc. separately and leave a $1 tip. The air conditioner smells moldy, but it smells everywhere in Cancun. The room was squeaky, the bathtub was clean, and the pool was nice. I recommend it. It's great because you can walk to a good restaurant in 15 minutes and a supermarket in 8 minutes, and you can also take the ADO bus. Highly recommended!!"

"Unfortunately this time the room was not clean, the bed had stains and hair, they moved me to another room and once again when I checked the bed it was dirty with sheets with hair on it, finally they changed me to a third room and if you can guess more hair on the sheets in the room bed, all supervised by hotel staff, in the end the manager on reception duty came himself with a room lady to change the sheets and bedding in the first room he had, if you stay here check your bed carefully because 3 Rooms with dirty sheets leave much to be desired."

"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."

"Suitable for a one or two night stay, the room is small and the bathroom is cramped. The basic facilities are complete and clean. The location is convenient, there is a supermarket and convenience store downstairs, and there is a one-day tour counter in the lobby. There is a gas station in the mall opposite, a car rental company next to it, and the surrounding restaurants are also very good. But it is still quite far to the beach, and it costs nearly 100 RMB to take a taxi"

"A very good hotel, just steps away from the beach. It’s in a prime location! It’s clean and has good service. Highly recommend if you wanna stay in the beach area. The picture I took is from Playa Caracol which is just across the road from the hotel."

"Hotel has a good location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket; close to ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. Room is simple, a bit old but spacious. Our room doesn’t hav a view unfortunately. Overall a gd stay and value for money."

"If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7.5. Food: average. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak. Definitely don't order the Picanha. You're right to order beef tenderloin. Let’s just say this for other restaurants, it’s OK to be full and don’t expect too much. Mexicans love to use cream🧈. If you are afraid of getting fat, be careful hahaha. Stay: Very satisfied. Nothing to fault. The 24-hour room service is very convenient. The room is very clean. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious. The wine was also given generously. I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol. Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. Just a few short steps. There are a lot of seaweeds. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸. There are some marine activities included but I didn't see anyone using them. It's OK to come here once, but if I had to come back a second time, I wouldn't do it because there are no highlights.
