"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good. Las Tres Cervezas Mexican food, the home-brewed beer tastes special. There are many swimming pools in front and behind, which are heated at a constant temperature and comfortable to swim. The beach sand is as fine as flour. We played beach volleyball, which was fun. The dessert shop is really attractive, macarons, ice cream, and various cakes 🍰"

A SPARKLING CARIBBEAN JEWEL Make your entrance in one of the most desirable locations in all of Cancún. Breathe in the ocean air. Sway in a balcony hammock. Soak up the sun and scene at Bungalow Beach Club. Treat yourself at the spa. Take a swing at 18 holes. Recharge in a gorgeous suite. Welcome to SLS Cancun, a siren of the Caribbean calling you to its shores.

"Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon."

"The room was very nice, spacious, and beautiful, with a view of the jellyfish sea from the window. Full board is provided, but reservations are required for all restaurants except the buffet. The steakhouse was good, but it was difficult to get a reservation. I gave the check-in guy a $5 tip, but the service was worse than nothing. Other than that, everything else was quite good."

"I was extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It offered incredible value for money. The beachfront king-size room was very close to the sea, and pictures 1, 2, and 6 show the view from the balcony. I could gaze at the ocean all day long and never get tired of it; the sea in Cancun is absolutely stunning, truly that jelly-like turquoise blue. The all-inclusive meal plan was fantastic. The hotel has many beautiful restaurants, and dining there was an experience in itself. Just be aware that for some popular restaurants, you need to book them as soon as you check in, otherwise, you won't be able to get a reservation later. If you enjoy drinks, it's even better, with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from. Opting for the all-inclusive package was definitely a smart choice."

Amazing
앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^ He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this? Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...♡♡

LLee ⭐️Super location that facing the Caribbean Sea 🌊 Good hotel service if you have Marriott membership! They have welcomed drinks (alcohol and coffee and etc) we had tried most of the restaurants inside the hotel, one of the restaurant named Gustino ( Italian restaurant) we ordered their famous steak (FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI ) and BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE ( seafood paste that recommended by restaurant) the steak 🥩 was really excellent, BUT the seafood pasta was overcooked and we doubted the freshness of the seafood. We did feedback to the waiter, he just said ops.. sorry. Ok fine! In the mid night, my husband started running to toilet! He had diarrhea 3 times before we checked out the hotel next day morning as we need to catch the flight to New York. I did feedback to the front desk lady, she provided us bottles of mineral water. He had medicine again after light breakfast. Ohh God! He started to diarrhea non stop when reaching New York! We forced to cancel our day trip at New York City as he seriously unwell! He stayed in the hotel room for two days! Omg! It burned our trip at New York City! Really disappointed the quality control of the foods in the well known 5 STARS hotel! I think he sick of pasta seafood now especially with shell!

MMOEIt was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.

GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty decent. This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths. Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages. The interior decor is a bit dated, which is understandable as the hotel has been around for decades. The service was generally good, and the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The ocean is beautiful, and the food was decent. The only real drawback is how crowded it gets. If you're someone who dislikes busy environments, this hotel might not be for you. We even missed out on dining at the Italian restaurant due to the sheer number of people. To sum up, if you're a first-time visitor to Cancun looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious hotel experience, this might not be the ideal choice. However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate.

GGuest UserLet me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩

GGuest UserHyatt took over and ruined the hotel. Originally, Breathless had a good policy, but the food was high-end and had a lot of different menu items than other Hyatts. Now, the standard is similar to other Hyatts. Breakfast isn't great either... I'm disappointed and won't be back. The facilities are good.

GGuest UserGood review: A surprisingly wonderful stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time! This stay at [Hotel Name] completely exceeded my expectations. From the details to the service, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it with a full score! First, the hygiene and environment were impeccable. The moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh with no strange odors, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and smooth, feeling soft and comfortable. The bathroom floor was dry with no puddles, and the sink and toilet were wiped spotless. Even the shower glass had no water stains, making for a truly reassuring stay. From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains. Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care. Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!
