"The service was excellent; the hotel was very accommodating and the reception was warm and welcoming, meeting all my expectations. The hotel's pool and beach were quite good, and not too crowded. It's a good value-for-money option among the high-end hotels in Cancun."

"The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, and both the room and facilities were spotless. The food at the poolside bar and other snack spots within the hotel wasn't exceptional (for example, the matcha latte I ordered had no matcha flavor at all), but it varied, and the convenience of being able to order something anytime I wanted to eat or drink outweighed any minor disappointments. I made a reservation at the steak restaurant for dinner, and the appetizer salad and soup were much larger than I expected. I felt bad about not being able to finish them, so I'd recommend that those who eat light inquire about portion sizes beforehand. The room service menu was also extensive, and I found myself wishing I could have tried more. While it's not a beachfront hotel, meaning you have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach, and thus not ideal for those who want the ocean right outside their door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "I'm sure this is a hotel I'll remember even when I near the end of my life. It was such a wonderful, unforgettable stay. Above all, the hospitality of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was polite and warm, and I truly felt welcomed. The view from our room was also amazing, and I could lose track of time as I gazed upon it. I read other reviews saying the building was old, but that didn't bother me at all. On the contrary, it was well-maintained, very clean, and comfortable. The amenities were by Ferragamo, and the quality and scent were excellent. I felt really good every time I used them. The large water bottles were also a subtle but nice touch. Being able to celebrate New Year's Eve at this hotel is an unforgettable memory. Perhaps because it was a special occasion like New Year's Eve, I even received a cute stuffed animal as a gift, which really warmed my heart. I was very satisfied with everything, and this is a hotel I'd definitely like to return to. I recommend it with confidence."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."

"Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon."

"The hotel feels a bit dated, like one of those older-generation resorts (which is common in Cancun, given that the first Hyatt was developed here back in 1974), but it's well-maintained and the rooms are very clean. The two-bedroom suite is actually a one-bedroom suite connected to a standard room next door. There are many Westin Vacation Club salespeople here promoting timeshares, all part of the Marriott group, and they frequently call the rooms."

"Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age."

"My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!"
