"LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. "The hotel is in a great location and has very good facilities. The food is good, and some of the waiters are friendly and enthusiastic. But I have to say a few things. The damp walls of the hotel are all water-stained, and the bedding is damp. It is recommended not to wash clothes during your stay, and dry clothes cannot be taken out, as they will get wet. This should be because it is near the sea. But it is not suitable for long stays. There is another thing that made me very unhappy. I checked out at 12 noon, stored my luggage, and went to have lunch. The concierge at the baggage department asked me if I wanted to take a taxi. I said I would take Uber, and he was a little unhappy. When I came back to pick up my luggage, they didn't store my luggage and left my luggage alone outside the door. I was very angry at the time, and I felt like a guest kicked out of the hotel. It's too much!"

"This resort is moderately good, since it is a Hilton brand. All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much.All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish.You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options."

"Super location that facing the Caribbean Sea 🌊 Good hotel service if you have Marriott membership! They have welcomed drinks (alcohol and coffee and etc) we had tried most of the restaurants inside the hotel, one of the restaurant named Gustino ( Italian restaurant) we ordered their famous steak (FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI ) and BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE ( seafood paste that recommended by restaurant) the steak 🥩 was really excellent, BUT the seafood pasta was overcooked and we doubted the freshness of the seafood. We did feedback to the waiter, he just said ops.. sorry. Ok fine! In the mid night, my husband started running to toilet! He had diarrhea 3 times before we checked out the hotel next day morning as we need to catch the flight to New York. I did feedback to the front desk lady, she provided us bottles of mineral water. He had medicine again after light breakfast. Ohh God! He started to diarrhea non stop when reaching New York! We forced to cancel our day trip at New York City as he seriously unwell! He stayed in the hotel room for two days! Omg! It burned our trip at New York City! Really disappointed the quality control of the foods in the well known 5 STARS hotel! I think he sick of pasta seafood now especially with shell!"

"The service is very good, the room is clean, but in Latin America, you need to get toothbrush and toothpaste by yourself and the front desk. Great value for money. Restaurant prices are a little high, but delicious. The taste is good, and the cost of a dinner for two is about 300 US dollars"

"Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon."

"As a resort hotel, the location is excellent and the service is first-class. The facilities are old. There is always a musty smell in the room when the air conditioner is on. It disappears when the balcony door is opened for air circulation. In short, it is still good and the CP value is relatively high."

"Excellent hardware, disappointing service The hardware conditions are very good, and it is the newest hotel in the hotel zone. The view from the rooftop is excellent, with the Caribbean Sea on the left and the lagoon on the right. Under the sun, you can see 5/6 different colors of blue and green, which is very beautiful. The hotel is not All Inclusive, so it is relatively quiet, which is an advantage for us. But the software (service) is lame! 1. I placed a Didi deli order and informed the front desk in advance. The front desk said that they would not put it in the refrigerator, but the bar and restaurant are 10 steps away from the front desk, which is completely unreasonable. 2. The plane arrived at 7 am and arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The front desk told me that I could not check in early and had to wait until 3 pm. It was too dogmatic. But why can the airline staff check in early? 3. I asked for towels twice and waited for 40 minutes; I asked for facial tissues three times, and finally I went to find the waiter myself. 4. The handle of the shower was broken and the repair was not timely. 5. There are yellow watermarks and spots on the pillowcase. I stayed for 5 days. The hardware is really good, but the service is too bad. I will choose another hotel next time."
