Important Note About the Building Please be informed that the building is newly constructed (turn over in 2024), and while it offers a modern living space, there are still some occasional issues that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances—especially during the typhoon season. 1. Wi-Fi Access: If the power is out in the unit, guests can go to the lobby area where Wi-Fi may still be accessible. 4. Water Supply Fluctuation: Occasionally, especially after a power interruption, the water pressure may become weak. Please be patient and allow some time for the full supply to return. This is something beyond my control, but I will do my best to assist you during your stay. 5. If the elevator is not working, please use the exit stairs These situations are not frequent but may happen, especially during typhoon season.
