It was very hot and the ice machine did not work. The gentleman, the guy I wouldn't call him a gentleman who works there, was very, very passive-aggressive. I was not happy at all. Would not stay there ever again!"

"Was not overly impressed with our stay. We had a balcony room but the balcony and furniture were super dirty - very disappointing. Had to use an extra sheet on the chairs to sit down. Our neighbors had a dog and were smoking *** on their deck as my kids and I were enjoying our balcony. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. I struggled to find easily accessible outlets in the room to charge our devices - poor design and not user friendly. Our screen to the balcony had a big hole in it near the door handle. Overall would not stay at this location again."
