"The hotel lobby smelled like smoke. There was a smell in the room as well. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and there was no bedding provided in room. It took three trips to the front desk to finally get some bedding only to have that bedding be the wrong size. Since it was so late, we dealt with it. When we checked out in the morning, we complained to the front desk to have the employee refuse to listen or believe our complaint. I would like to give a higher rating since this hotel was conveniently located and the breakfast was good, but the room and bedding experience really left a sour taste."
