The most crucial reason I chose this hotel was the availability of Chinese service at the front desk, making it the only option among many I compared where I could communicate in Chinese without any barriers. Being able to communicate with staff from my home country in a foreign land reduced language barriers and added a sense of familiarity. Whether it was for check-in procedures, local itinerary inquiries, or travel tips, the staff patiently answered my questions, and their advice was practical and helpful. There was no need to rely on translation software or struggle to decipher meanings; the entire communication process was easy and smooth. This front desk staff member was kind and meticulous, easing the unfamiliarity of traveling alone and making the journey much smoother. I have already recommended this hotel to friends planning to visit Phuket. If I ever return to this area, this will still be my top choice for accommodation. I also hold a gentle hope that, if fate allows, whether I return to the island or have another opportunity to meet, it would be wonderful to see them again.
