"The hotel photos are a deception. Rooms smell because of the carpet, windows cannot be opened to ventilate, because of a pump that did not work, there was no water for an evening and night, so you could not wash or flush the toilet. The air conditioning did not work properly the last day. I think the staff no longer has empathy due to all the complaints received. They remain calm and are resolute in their decision. No flexibility whatsoever. Please note that the taxi shuffle service is not available all night. You then pay for a taxi. It was hilariously awful. Not recommended. Go for the Airport Inn."

"The place is nicer than the add suggests. I absolutely loved my stay and the service of both front desk and booking. Not to mention the driver. I felt so well taken care of and safe because the staff was on top of my transportation to the Airport at 5 am. Big shout out to the chef for making American Pancakes with a carribbean twist. Loved that. I was very comfortable in my very spacious room and cozy bed. I would return next time I am in town."

Nothing special about this place except location and pick up drop off at airport Webssite said 4.7 for cleanliness. It was clean, close to airport and glad to be picked up and dropped off at the Airport Many Reviews said Outstanding don't understand why. *********** gave it 8.7 Excellent mediocre hotel We are Americans and have a different standard especially for $144 Inside the small kitchen were two laughable signs posted with ratings 8.7 and 9.2 We were underwelmed. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was disappointing. packaged sauces, Expected a cooked brerakfast eggs were provided upon request, bread, butter and jam was available to toast had to request eggs and cook them ourselves and toast if we wanted"
