"Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. "Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!"

"This is a nice hotel but didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of furnishings and decor. The bedroom was a good size but rather plain with little on the walls, though the bed throw and curtains gave some colour. The bathroom was very small but the shower worked well. Similarly the dining room furniture and general appearance were a bit boring though there were 2 lovely murals showing the houses by the river. The furniture in the ' reading room' had been changed to dark brown. I had seen photos of red. Yes, it is in an old historic building but I had expected more luxury as it is a 4 star hotel. Having said all that the guy on reception gave us a lovely welcome, and a map with recommendations of where to go. We arrived early and put our luggage in the storage room which was good. We needed to get to the airport early and the receptionist arranged the shuttle to take us, which was great. It was well worth the price. Breakfast was fine with a good variety of foods including SO many types of pastries and croissants. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant the night before as the dining room did not look welcoming and was very quiet. All in all, a pleasant stay for the price we paid which was significantly less on trip com than on its own website."

"The location and customer service at the reception were excellent. The room was reasonably clean, though it could have been a bit better. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing — someone was talking nonstop until around 3 a.m., which made it hard to rest properly. This was my third hotel stay in Italy, and since the country is full of olive trees, I was surprised not to see any olives among the breakfast options. The breakfast selection overall was rather basic and no better than what you’d expect at a 2-star hotel."

"The location is super! It is in between the tower and the city centre. You could enjoy a drink near the hotel as well."

"e hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station, and it takes only about 5 minutes by train to reach the airport. It is also within a 15–20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which makes sightseeing very easy. The hotel entrance is located in a back alley rather than facing the main street, so it is not very noticeable. There was also some construction work going on nearby, making the road a bit rough and inconvenient to walk on. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it is generally clean. Each room comes with one complimentary bottle of water. However, toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so guests should bring their own. The bathroom drainage was a little slow as well. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying there again in the future"

"Hotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪."

"This was a great experience! The hotel is a historical beauty, great location, nice breakfast. The only thing that bothered a lot was awful street noice. It was Friday night, so some people outside were hanging around till late night, sometimes screaming like crazy. We closed the windows and shutters, it didn’t help. We had a corner room on the 1st floor."

"Fixed list breakfast from the cafe: croissant, double toast fillet with cheese and ham, fruit, juice & tea or coffee. Nice room but only one chair, fridge. We couldn’t get AC working but kept window open as it was spring time and not hot out. Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well."
