"The location is absolutely superb, and that's really what you're paying for. Being on a hill, the hotel definitely offers incredible views. However, the living conditions were quite poor... The room was incredibly damp and cold (the lighting was also very dim, with no main ceiling light). The breakfast was decent, typical 'white people food,' and the terrace views were fantastic. The most frustrating part was the fire alarm going off every hour after 2 AM. It was terrifying! 🤯 The next day, when I complained, I found out the hotel was undergoing repairs for this very issue, though they didn't know the exact cause. As compensation, they let us park for an extra two hours for free. Parking costs 50 euros per night."

"First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff who provided us with excellent service. We were truly happy during our three-day honeymoon stay here. If you are visiting Positano for the first time, I highly recommend this place. In particular, the reception service is top-notch. In this unfamiliar tourist destination, they provided us with information on verified restaurants and transportation in advance, and even offered reservation services. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room is impeccable. From the interior of the room to the balcony and bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean—clean enough to walk around barefoot. Lastly, the bar staff were also very friendly and cheerful. Water, ice, coffee, and tea were provided freely, and we even received the service of having our personal food stored in the cool bar refrigerator. Pasitiia is a romantic place that is friendly, clean, and offers a perfect view."

"The location of the accommodation is really great!! 👍🏻👍🏻 It's located right in front of the beach, and there's a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is any accommodation in Positano with a better location. Air conditioning and refrigeration are both provided. It may be a bit difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation when checking in. The large yellow building is the accommodation, and the entrance is between the accommodation and the restaurant on the left side facing the accommodation. If you go through that iron door, you will find the accommodation! The host is an old lady named Rossa, and although she doesn't speak English very well, she tries to explain things as kindly and easily as possible. When I said I wanted to use porter service on the day of check-out, they made a reservation for me. I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was really good. It was the best accommodation, so beautiful and nice. We also upgraded our room. Everyone, make your accommodation reservations :) I miss the kind rossa. "The view from the hotel balcony was unbeatable, which was what attracted me to the hotel. However, other aspects were quite disappointing. The room facilities were outdated, and the shower was so old I couldn't even wash my hair. Breakfast was served by room service, the selection was meager and the food was unappetizing; fruit required an extra charge. The location required taking a bus to reach the town center. The landlord initially quoted an outrageous 50 euros for parking, but we ended up finding a designated blue line parking spot ourselves. Having traveled to Sorrento, compared to other hotels of the same star rating, the hotel price was definitely inflated; it would only be worth considering if it were at least 50% off."

"The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast room is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the service is also very good. The only regret is that the price is a bit high. The last picture is shown on the Ctrip page. I stayed for three nights, but it is not actually provided. I hope Ctrip will not mislead me. It is recommended to stay for two nights. Positano is very small, and two nights is enough. The overall price of this place is very high. The room layout should be different for each room type and when booking. The facilities are slightly average. It is an old-fashioned building. I understand."

"What a beautiful spot in the heart of Positano! Up on the cliff side with a spectacular view! Angela and her husband are the most Beautiful hosts! From the second we arrived they were nothing but amazing, the rooms were beautiful and clean with fabulous aircon, the place itself had a wonderful little spa and a beautiful relaxing area next to it with a marvellous view! The breakfast was absolutely amazing we can not fault this place, we definitely recommend! They went above and beyond, 15/10 ❤️"
