"Amazing sunset view from the restaurant, very good food, spacious and clean room, polite and helpful stuff. Everything is close: the distance from the room to the beach or the pool, to the restaurant and to the kids playground is just a few meters (less than 80m) which makes it very convenient especially if you have small kids. Maybe not what you expect from a 5 star hotel, but definitely a decent hotel! Great place to relax!"

"The room was very clean and thbee b because athitroom the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was of limited selection but of good quality,nothing was really missing. There's no swimming pool and this is an advantage to me, because you miss the noises from it and the beach is 20 meters away. The only disadvantage to me was the limited parking spots for the number of rooms, all taken by people parked there and not moving their car for their whole stay. I am grateful to the hotel manager who was moving his car from the street to give me his parking space."

"We had a great time in this hotel with my family the food was amazing the salads the were always fresh and plenty full the chef everyday was with a smile he welcomed us everyday with good morning all the service personnel were happy we were having our breakfast and dinner by the sea we thank you all for your hospitality and we hope we can visit you again"

"Awful hotel!! As soon as we arrived, we realised that pictures on website were AI generated or Photoshop because it looked totally different. Bathroom looked filthy, shower had a curtain instead of a door, full of mould and limestone, se as the sink, the mirror was bad as well. Most of time we did not have hot water and had to shower us and kids with cold water and no pressure. The air conditioner was filthy and smelly, therefore, baby got sick and required medical attention, next day. We paid for all inclusive- food was awful!! There are no words to describe how bad it was! The chef was very arrogant and rude. The food was mostly the same, every day - undercooked or not cooked at all, meat was pink every day, poor selection of cooked food (unlike pictures advertised), very poor dessert selection (same tasteless jelly and flat mousse- EVERY DAY!)- unlike the pictures advertised , tasteless watermelon, green apples and very hard pears - again, every day! Electricity was cut due to wildfire few kilometres away and their kitchen and dining area got full of heavy heat and smoke- we were forced to eat inside that area as we were not allowed to go outside and have food by the bar area - when the hotel manager was asked for update, he became very agitated and aggressive towards my husband - therefore we were forced to eat somewhere else as it was unhealthy for both us and our children. There were mosquitoes every night, no help given from hotel staff with this issue therefore we had to buy sprays and other solutions against them as there were too many. Both receptionist and manager had no interest in sorting any issues raised, but they raised their shoulders and became rude when questioned. All sun beds by the sea were outdated and discoloured unlike the pictures advertised The pool area doesn’t look as advertised, nor the bar area - all look outdated and unkempt We stayed there for 7 nights and on every evening Saturday to Thursday, the lifeguards by the pool closed the pool by 18:00 in a very rude way. They used their whistle and shouted at us “Everyone, get out of the pool, the pool is closed from now!” and forced us to leave when outside there were over 30 degrees and children could stay out safely. But on our last day, Friday night, they kept the pool open until after 19:00 as “there are still kids playing”. Children were eager to play in the pool every night as it was cooler and there was no other play area apart from the beach. The beach was full of stones and no sand at all, therefore not a lot of play area for children. This is not a 4 star hotel and we definitely paid to much for being treated as someone who bothered both the hotel manager and the receptionists. I do not recommend it! Just stay away!"
