"Having a sink in the room was very convenient. The shared bathroom was also incredibly clean, so it didn't feel like a shared space at all during my 5-night stay. I've already booked for another 2 nights during the Vivid Festival and plan to keep that reservation! Oh, and to the staff: I stayed in Room 209 and accidentally left behind one of the parts for my hair straightener! Please keep it safe for me. I'll be back for a 2-night, 3-day stay from May 26th to 28th. I'd really appreciate it if you could give it back to me then. Thanks!"

"Excellent location. Room was huge and service was excellent for the most part except for the night shift staff where a certain female frontdesk service staff falsely indicated that the hotel does not provide basic amenities such as comb or slipper when we requested for it when our baggages were delayed and we needed these basic neccessiities. On the flipside, the other members of the team were very accommodating and helpful when we were seeking assistance to locate our baggage."

"Room was tiny, ( had to go outside to change my mind) paint peeling from ceiling, shower had mold on the grout between tiles, toilet seat not fitted properly and very loose, for Au$135 not worth the money, disappointed, would not recommend. The only good point was the location, close to rail station, supermarket and attractions."

"Really nice energy to the place! Friendly staff, great location, and spacious rooms with nice terrace balcony. Not luxe but makes up for it in good vibes. Would recommend to people looking for cheap and fun accomodation. Lots of interesting personalities. Only downside is not many organised activities whilst I stayed which makes it harder to make friends as a solo traveller."
