The check in process took too long time which is really unusual for Hilton hotels. Besides that I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Room size is ok. Lobby is specious. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel room is spacious and clean, and the toilet is very tidy too. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The hotel location is excellent as it’s only two station away from the palladium mall and it’s also very close to both underground and tram stations.

The hotel is not new, but the room has no smell, the overall facilities and cleanliness are satisfactory! In addition, if you are the same as me: you have to take the bus to Karlovy vary early in the morning, and then return to Prague later. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel, because the entrance to the bus terminal is opposite this hotel, which is very convenient!

My third time staying here in Prague and always never disappoints. Again, the rooms are all very clean as housekeeping is done daily. Price is also very reasonable with continental buffet style breakfast. Location is very good as well as it is walking distance to metro station, tram station and Prague Central Bus Station. Supermarkets are also nearby. Convenience at its best!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's adjacent to subway station with many bus lines right in front of the hotel. It's nice to get a little hideaway from the crowd in the Old Town but still able to enjoy the convenience of transportation. I LOVE how ECO-FRIENDLY the hotel is. It's a huge plus, though I don't like the strong scent in the elevator and the hallway. The scent made me feel dizzy.
We didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast. But for the night that we stayed, we went for the 1st floor restaurant for late-night dinner and drinks. I have the say that the food and beverages exceeded my expectation. They were so delicious. The last night's meal in Prague was beyond satisfactory. Also the crowd that gather at the bar were super nice. You should enjoy a drink or a few dishes while staying at the hotel.

It's not in a downtown area, but it's not remote either. There are supermarkets, subway and hotels on weekends. The hotel has PS game consoles and billiards. A few people can play together for an afternoon.

Останавливались в Prague City Residence и остались в полном восторге! Просторные и уютные апартаменты с всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Отличное расположение – рядом метро, трамвай, магазины, кафе, до центра примерно минут 30 на общественном транспорте. Район очень чистый, спокойный, всего в 5 минутах пешком от отеля, если пройти по улице Invalidovna, можно увидеть впечатляющее здание Lilith by David Černý, которое поддерживает Лилит.
Персонал приветливый, заселение прошло без проблем. Остались только положительные впечатления!

The facilities are a bit old, but it is still recommended to use clean and well-maintained

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.
