Hotels in Karlin, Prague

For a five-star hotel, the hygiene was excellent, but the facilities felt a bit dated. Specifically, there was nowhere to place my phone or other items next to the toilet in the bathroom, which resulted in my phone falling off the toilet paper holder's metal cover. Additionally, the sink was a bit shallow. However, these minor points aside, the location is a little out of the way, but it's very close to the station and within walking distance of the city center. The service was absolutely top-notch. Disposable slippers, razors, and tissues were readily available, and anything else you might need could be requested from the front desk. Overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel's atrium interior was luxuriously decorated and quite impressive.

Overall, everything was good. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the beds weren't very comfortable, as they felt like they were made of two smaller, separate sections.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. The subway and bus stations are just a few minutes' walk to the left. It's also only a few minutes on foot from Central Bus Station Florenc, which was super convenient for catching a bus to Český Krumlov the next day. There's a supermarket just to the left of the hotel entrance and a Chinese restaurant to the right, making dining and shopping very easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; I'd give their service a five-star rating.

Pros: 1. Airport pick-up is available for a fee. It's about 100 RMB more expensive than taking a taxi yourself. If you email them to arrange a time, they'll meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. 2. It's very close to the Florence bus station. Currently, there's road construction, so you need to cross the road, turn left at McDonald's, walk straight, and then turn left at the intersection. It's less than a ten-minute walk. It's also right outside Exit E6 of the B or C metro lines. 3. There's a large chain supermarket directly opposite the hotel. It's very convenient and reasonably priced for picking up any food or supplies you might need. Next to the hotel, there's a shopping mall with a DM cosmetics store, which is great for buying souvenirs. 4. There's a bus stop right outside and a metro station across the street, making transportation very convenient. Cons: It's a bit far from the old town. Walking there takes a little while, but the distance is manageable.

Excellent hotel with great location. The hotel is very busy, but staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, could be better if there are more seating area. Prague is a beautiful city and this hotel has great value for money.

I'd say it exceeded expectations, really great! **Facilities:** I booked an executive room with a king-sized bed and a single bed. The room was a bit small; we could fit two 26-inch suitcases, but any more would have made it cramped. The two sinks in the bathroom were very convenient, and the shower pressure was excellent. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. **Environment:** Overall good. It seems to be in a new district. Just a short walk south of the hotel is a bus station with several routes. **Service:** Breakfast was fantastic! For this price, having breakfast included was a really good deal. The only minor drawback was when I used the restroom on the first floor before leaving, the flush button handle broke off... Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

I didn't know how to leave my baggage before check-in, so it was a little inconvenient. Unmanned check-in was convenient, but I was in trouble because I couldn't make an inquiry. The room was clean and spacious and nice.

Unspectacular Congress Hotel, obviously well booked, except for the lack of water in the washing basin for the first night was everything in order.
