Hotels in Shibuya, Tokyo

The location is decent, right next to Shibuya Parco, about a 12-minute walk from Shibuya Station. If you're okay with that distance, it's quite convenient. All in all, it's pretty standard, but its good location is definitely a plus.

Absolutely recommended – clean, central, and friendly! I had a fantastic stay. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding cleanliness. Fresh towels were provided every single day, and since I stayed a bit longer, they even changed my bedsheets during my stay – excellent service! There is also a great café integrated into the place that serves super delicious coffee, which was the perfect start to the day. The location is simply perfect for exploring Shibuya and Tokyo. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel was so close in walking distance to every shop and restaurant in shibuya! Also close to the train station within 5 minute walk. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful when in need! Rooms were kept spotless clean and the rooms tidied throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place, I was a solo traveller so the room I picked was quite small but it was enough for me! Eating 7/11 and family mart snacks in the hotel was always a vibe at the end of the night.

The room is perfect for 1-2 persons. However, there might be no enough for 2 big luggage. Love the onsen amenities and ice-cream after onsen. Google Map recommended to walk from Shibuya station but walking from Harajuku station is easier.

Great hotel located directly above Shibuya station which meant the location was very convenient. Even though I had booked the base room which was only 20 m², the room design meant that the room did not feel small at all and the room was a well laid out with a Japanese style toilet and seperate shower. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel, considering its location, price, customer service and room layout. The hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful and we’re even able to help us send our baggage to our next hotel and help us fill out the documentation in Japanese.

The room was a bit small; we could barely open two suitcases. It's located about 1 km from Shibuya Station. The surrounding area is a shopper's paradise with plenty of dining options, making it a great spot for a shopping trip. However, the hotel is on a slope, which made hauling luggage a bit tiring.

Location: In Maruyama-cho, Shibuya, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Shibuya station. Price: I booked during Golden Week, and you won't find another place to sleep in Shibuya for the same price. Bed: It's sized for Chinese guests, wider than traditional Japanese capsule hotels, and comes with a USB port and regular power outlets, so no worries about charging. The first picture shows the room size after removing the duvet cover. For just one night's sleep and a shower, this place is impeccable.

Fantastic location, directly across from Miyashita Park and just a few steps away from the beginning of Cat St. Rooms are clean and have everything you need to prepare for busy days out in Tokyo. Staff are helpful when necessary, the hotel is great for independent travellers.

I stayed 10 days at Sequence Miyashita Park Tokyo and, as always, loved it — this hotel is my go‑to in Shibuya for its unbeatable location, stylish rooms, and warm hospitality. The staff made me feel at home throughout my stay, and waking up to views over the city was a highlight. One small suggestion: I had arranged a birthday cake delivery meant to surprise my boyfriend on the midnight after our check‑in day. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the delivery amidst pre‑trip busyness, and I was only informed about it three days later. By then, the cake was no longer suitable for the celebration. While I understand this was partly my oversight, I'd suggest that the hotel team provide more prompt reminders or notifications about guest deliveries. This small improvement could make a big difference for special occasions. Overall, it was another wonderful experience, and Sequence Miyashita Park will remain my top choice whenever I’m in Tokyo.

I always stay here whenever I am in Shibuya because its price and location wise is the most worth it around Shibuya area. Room is small but has everything you need. However one thing that stayed the same over the years is the hot/cold water shower system, hope the management can look to change it as it takes a long time for hot water to come out and when it does it becomes scalding hot. No complaints due to the excellent service standards (staff speak very good English) and its stone throw proximity to the New South Exit of JR Shibuya.
