Receptionists are polite. The hotel is very new and clean. It is also very spacious with a Japanese style like design overall. There is also free laundry to use which is always very handy for travellers. I stayed here for visiting chuanxi bamboo canyon. Overall, it has been a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you."

The front desk staff were warm and efficient; check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities. The room itself was spacious with smart voice control throughout. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and was spotlessly clean."

"Our group of six suddenly decided to go to Tiantai Mountain and booked the "Xi Ye Forest Luxury Hotel" online. It was so incredibly relaxing that I had to write a review! First, the environment: The hotel is located in the middle of the Tiantai Mountain scenic area, 600 meters uphill from the Tiantai Mountain Grand Hotel on the left. The first thing you see is the understated yet luxurious hotel gate (magnificent at night). Inside the gate is a platform that can park more than 10 cars. Then, following the boardwalk built along the stream, it feels like entering a natural secret realm. A traditional Chinese courtyard house comes into view, with its green tile roofs, blue brick walls, and red lanterns swaying gently in the breeze, blending seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and forests. To the right of the hotel is a tea plantation with several glass-enclosed mahjong rooms, where you can play mahjong while enjoying the fragrant tea. To the left of the boardwalk is a meeting room/karaoke room. Second, the food: We had firewood chicken for dinner at the hotel. Needless to say, the taste was superb. Their chickens are free-range, and the meat tastes truly different from other chickens. I especially loved the pot-side flatbread. Breakfast included fruit, soy milk, milk, porridge, eggs, salted duck eggs, and homemade pickles. We also ate lunch at the hotel, ordering cured pork, homemade tofu pudding (delicate and smooth), and delicious eel and sturgeon. The hotel also served organic vegetables and pickled vegetables, all at reasonable prices. Thirdly, the hotel rooms were clean, tidy, and incredibly smart. Our suite had a private hot spring bath at the back with a temperature display, offering privacy and relaxation after a long day. Fourthly, the service was excellent! From the owner to the staff, everyone was very friendly! Five stars! Our itinerary is for reference only: We departed Chengdu around 8 am, arrived at Jiaguan Ancient Town before 10 am, had lunch, went directly to the hotel, rested briefly, and then visited the scenic area: Xiaojiawan – Changhong Suspension Bridge – Changhong Waterfall – Xiangshuitan Waterfall – Le'an – back to the hotel. The next day, we set off at 5 am to hike to Yinding Peak to watch the sunrise (unlucky!), had breakfast at 8 am, then visited Zhengtiantai – Butterfly Beach – Shibalipu Grass Valley – had lunch at the hotel – Pingluo Ancient Town – Chengdu."

"The environment was nice and very clean, and the toiletries smelled good. I recommend the suite; it has a small courtyard where you can sit comfortably outdoors. The service was excellent. The butler group was very responsive, communicating with me in advance about check-in. It was raining when I arrived, and I asked about parking in the group. Not only did they reply quickly, but the butler lady immediately came out with an umbrella to greet me, and the welcome fruit was also very nice. Their service awareness was top-notch, highly commendable. They were also very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. A small detail was that when I asked for wine glasses, they had several shapes to choose from, which was a nice touch."
