"We were 2 adults and 2 children(one with autism) together with another two couples. We stayed for 5 nights and returned home yesterday. We had daily breakfast and had dinner twice there. The food was heavenly, the rooms were immaculate, and the view from our balcony was like a postcard The owners and staff treated us like family. The only negative note was that the AC wasn't working correctly(26.5 C). But still, I highly recommend it."

"I definitely give this one full marks, the equipment is very good, and the photos are superb 🤣 Although my partner is a bad teammate, it is very suitable for slow living, because my husband likes running, we also went to climb the extinct volcano over there. Our English is not good, and the locals said there was a mountain pass but we couldn't find it, so we gave up and climbed the volcano with our bare hands. The process was very tiring, but it was really beautiful and worth it!"

"The royals of the past used to have retreats in the mountains. This place feels like one of those villas. It's in the woods and high up on famous Mount Etna and located in a large wooded forest of chestnut trees, where there is a trail for quiet walking. The property is tastefully furnished with art and rustic furniture. The staff is charming and then there is THE FOOD! (I forgot to say that there is a pool and lots of grounds to sit and read or relax in the sunshine. I wish I could have stayed there for many more days! GO!"

"Beautiful structure, old and renovated with modern design but I certainly can't say it was a positive experience. They gave us a room on the second floor but the structure does not have a lift. We had to carry our luggage up by ourselves with a boy and a 4 year old girl. The room they gave us smelled of mould and in fact the bathroom was full of it on the walls."
