"Our stay at Royal Tulip Chitwan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The setting is truly stunning — peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while experiencing everything Chitwan has to offer. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. What really made the experience special though was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The excursions arranged by the hotel were first class and extremely well organised, making it easy for us to enjoy the best of Chitwan without any stress. Our room was spotless, fresh, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We also really appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel extra special — the turn-down service, chocolates, and personalised notes from the staff were such thoughtful details and showed the level of care the hotel puts into its guests’ experience. If you’re planning a visit to Chitwan, I honestly can’t recommend Royal Tulip Chitwan highly enough. It is the perfect hotel to stay in and we would happily return again."

"Long story short: Great stay, with great service at great prices! Thank you Suraj, Surya, and Shiva for arranging this wonderful experience. I was looking for a safari in Chitwan when I came across the website of this hotel. I found the contact information and texted the owner, Suraj, with my questions. Within a few minutes, I received a response, and we decided to stay at the hotel. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and helped us choose the right safari. We chose the 3-day walking tour and, after asking about safety, the owner arranged for a guide with 37 years of jungle experience. Surya was a great guide, and together with our other guide, Shiva, they made our safari an unforgettable experience. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious and quiet. It’s located just outside the city center, about a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. The beds are comfortable, with mosquito nets included, air conditioning is available if needed, and the breakfast options are excellent."

"I stayed here for 2 nights specifically to visit the Chitwan National Park. The hotel and excursions were arranged for me by a third party so I didn't really have any involvement in that, but I was really impressed with how nice this place was. From all the staff, who were amazingly friendly and helpful, to my nice cosy room, I cannot speak highly enough. Unfortunately I did not have time to use the pool, but it looked nice. Recommended if you're coming to Chitwan."

"This hotel exudes luxury and offers a wealth of amenities. The staff were very welcoming; we were immediately given a towel to freshen up, which was lovely! The reception area is beautiful, including its own Safari desk, which is great! There's an elevator and two wide staircases, which is unique. You can visit the gym, relax in the spa, and there's a jacuzzi outside—wonderful! There are also cozy outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy drinks and food, open 24/7. A new hotel located just outside the center of Sauraha, in a quiet area, which I really like! A very luxurious and beautiful hotel!"

"We stayed 3 nights in the National Park Hotel and the whole time we felt more than welcome! Suraj is a wonderful and really helpful host, always with a smile on his face. You can feel that the Hotel and his guests are his passion. It’s absolutely warmhearted and highly recommended. We also did Jeep tours and a hike in the Park with the guide Mohan. Mohan is incredible experienced, patiently and super nice. He made our tours unforgettable! Thank you National Park Hotel… It was just amazing!!!"

"One of the amazing hotel under budget at Sauraha. Initially, planned to stay for one night. However, after seeing the amazing hospitality, we decide to extend our stay to two days. The staffs are highly welcoming, the rooms are neat and clean with necessary amenities. The food was delicious. "I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riverside in February with my family. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts of our stay was the beautiful swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids to enjoy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a nice view, which made the experience even better. "We had the best stay at Aikawa, I can only recommend this hotel. It is new and modern and has to be the best hotel in Sauraha. From the first moment we arrived we were so well taken care of. We got an upgrade to a beautiful suite which has a fantastic layout and is just really well thought through. It has a huge bath tub as well as a rain shower and modern, high quality furniture. The pool on level 1 is so inviting and they will bring towels and even drinking water to the lounge chair. The garden has just been completed and offers a bar with a lounge area, table tennis, basketball or volleyball (can't remember which). There is also a spa which we didn't use though as we were too busy. The restaurant was really good and true to the hotels name I had sushi which was really fantastic. Tours can be booked as well. On a side note, our jeep tour of Chitwan national park was quite disappointing because we didn't see many animals and the tour guide (who was not the hotel's tour guide) was only speaking in Hindu to the Indian tourist but of course that wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff is probably the best thing about the hotel, they were so friendly and welcoming. Especially concierge Milan went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay, he even went to the elephant breeding centre with us, which we truly enjoyed - much better than the jeep safari. Overall we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it was a memorable stay for us."
