"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. During our stay, we lost a phone, and the situation was not handled with the care and attention we expected. Only after we insisted on involving the police did the phone suddenly “reappear,” which left us quite uneasy. Overall, the stay left much to be desired, especially in terms of trust and professionalism. We hope the management can improve their approach to guest concerns in the future."
