"We have just returned from our trip to Ravenna, and I can honestly say this was the best rental experience I have ever had. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment exceeded all our expectations. We were immediately blown away by the beautiful rooftop terrace, filled with plants and lush foliage, comfortable seating, and an exquisitely designed welcome area. A spiral staircase leads to an even higher rooftop level, where you are rewarded with the most glorious panoramic views over the historic city and the magnificent Basilica of Saint Francis. Inside, the attention to detail is simply outstanding. The stunning kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with every utensil you could possibly need, along with beautiful crockery suitable for entertaining a large group. It features a Smeg fridge, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, and so much more. The thoughtful breakfast provisions—including cereals, juices, water, and milk—were a wonderful touch and a real time-saver. Everything was replenished daily, making us feel truly cared for. The lounge is spacious, elegant, and comfortable, while the large en-suite bedroom and luxurious bathroom are beautifully appointed. There were plentiful towels, quality toiletries, shampoos, and everything needed to ensure a relaxing and perfect stay. Despite being located in the heart of Ravenna's historic centre, just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo, the apartment is incredibly peaceful and serene. We cannot rate The Reunion Apartment staff highly enough. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our stay truly exceptional. Enrica went out of her way to ensure our booking was exactly as we wished for and was most attentive during our stay. Alessandro was also very helpful. These apartments are absolutely first class, and we would be thrilled to return one day. Highly recommended!"

"First of all I never write reviews of the hotels we stay at. There were good hotels and bad that we stayed in but this one was so bad that I decided to register on tripadvisor and write a review. The rooms were passable but the family room has a bunkbed that is ready to fall apart. My tiny kids were lying on it and it almost collapsed. Anyway I was willing to ignore that as we only stayed for a day. There is indeed a lot of bugs inside the rooms as other reviews claim and the AC was really loud. The breakfast was when the bad stuff begins. We were "served" paper cups and paper plates with a bin in the middle of the table (?!) to clean after ourselves. Is this a joke? I though it was odd but..alright ignored it. But then when we wanted to grab a breakfast from the buffet, we were met by the staff who was standing there and blocking the food buffet. You cant freely take your breakfast! You need to ask the staff to put a sausage on your plate. Want more salami? Nope, they literally taken away the food cart with cheese and salami the moment after I took some. I was patient. Didnt complain. But then my daughter went to get one more mini croissant and when she wanted to take the tongs, the staff ran to the buffet and slapped her hand off the tongs as if she did something really bad. I was baffled, I didnt even know what to say. Atrocious. They'll never see us again."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. It is beautiful, quirky and seriously comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return it or to wholeheartedly recommend. Emanuela is a perfect host and she really means it when she tells you Gironda is a home away from home. Thank you. If the isn’t enough, the location is perfect, right in the centre of town near all amenities and very close to the railway station. I am looking forward to a return visit to check out the other rooms."

"Advanced hotel-style management, the staff is very polite, clean and tidy, walk to the ancient city for a few minutes! The rain is heavy enough, but the bathroom floor is plastic and slippery. I accidentally fell and sprained my legs. I have friendly reminders to the hotel to pay attention to rectification in case other guests have an accident!"
