"We left this hotel immediately after seeing numerous cockroaches coming out of the bathroom sink. The room was extremely dirty, and it had the smell of smoke. It was the worst place we have ever seen. Sorry, no pictures didn't stay around to take any. I ran out of the room."

The hotel handled it well and relocated us to a different room without any hassle. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, their service made the situation much better."
