"Several staff members at this hotel were extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and disrespectful, from the reception staff to the security personnel. The only exception was the reception manager, who was polite and welcoming. Important information was not explained at all. We were given two room key cards, where one card could open the room door and the other was only for activating the electricity. This was never informed by the reception staff. On that night, I returned to the room in the rain and was slightly wet. When I attempted to open the room door, it failed. The room was far from the reception, forcing me to walk back in uncomfortable conditions. The card was replaced, but the problem persisted, requiring me to return to the reception once again. Eventually, security was sent to assist. The night security staff behaved in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He showed a hostile attitude and took the key card from my hand abruptly without asking or any basic courtesy. Overall, the majority of the resort staff demonstrated a serious lack of respect towards guests. I strongly urge the hotel management to take immediate action to improve staff attitude, professionalism, and service standards. I also recommend implementing a transparent customer rating system, allowing guests to provide feedback, commend staff, or submit complaints. Staff performance, salary increments, and bonuses should be tied to these ratings. Such a system has proven effective in other hotels and resorts I have visited, significantly improving service quality and overall guest satisfaction. This resort should adopt similar measures to restore its reputation and service standards."

"The water heater is broken, the whole house is swarming with tiny black bugs, the bottled water dispensers are pitifully small, there's no elevator on the third floor, and as a fisherman, I had to carry my luggage myself to the bone without anyone offering to help. I've stayed five days and haven't seen much service. There are no convenience stores nearby."

The boatman also deserves praise for his kindness and patience, particularly when helping our elderly parent with boat transfers. Our beachfront room was perfect for our family, with the beach just a short stroll away. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the outdoor tap for washing off sand and the hammock outside our room. The village's serene atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. While the food options could be improved, we were overall extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this resort to others."

Make sure to eat at the restaurant just outside the entrance; you can also rent scooters and book a snorkeling trip there. The hotel excursion to the turtle sanctuary is an absolute rip-off for 50 euros – definitely don't do it! Otherwise, a fantastic pool, good breakfast, truly a paradise."

"We booked 2 rooms and one of the room occupied by my niece had cockroaches crawling in the night. My niece feedback : Absolutely terrible. At 1am, I was woken up by the sight of cockroaches scurrying across the room. I managed to kill one, and not more than 20 minutes later, another cockroach appeared. It’s appalling that the hotel has such poor hygiene standards, and I feel absolutely disgusted by it. Would strongly advise anyone planning to stay here to reconsider."

"This is my honest review. Horrible experience! This hotel is expensive compared to other hotels which are much more worth it. Not worth every penny spent here.There are old floor mats,old and small towels,not many plug points, not many food options even chicken is not available! Toilet and shower are not satisfied,you’ll understand when you book here guys..Hotel in an area far from the main city but the price is much more expensive than it.Management is very bad,they will not listen to your voice and will not upgrade their services and facilities even if you give them feedback."
