"Good for early flight traveller. It's very near the airport. They provide free pickup from the airport (not need to book, just wait at the hotel shuttle place where is located in between the arrival of Terminal 1 and 2, after the taxi stand) The instructions about this pick up wasn't clear in their description. When I check out , the front desk didn't offer the option if I want to take the shuttle service. I was waiting at the entrance for around 20mins. I asked the front desk if the shuttle is coming, then she told me have to book first. But have to wait the next round, every 30mins will have 1 shuttle service. Conclusion Pick up from airport: not need booking Drop off at airport: have to book and pay $8 Swiss French (although they indicate $6 Swiss French in their website) Free shuttle service if you book directly thru their website."

"There amenities nearby is great. Convenient and going airport by bus is nearby. The hotel rm is not too small for 2. Only thing I can fault is the black out curtain outside the bed. Too small to have any use."

"I booked family room clearly stated for 4 adults, the sofa bed for 2 was so narrow for 2 adults that the 2 adult children had to suffer so badly with stiff mussle the next morning as it was impossible to move the whole night. The hotel should clarify the sofa bed is only suitable for 2 children's only. Unlike my stay at Zermatt Cheminee hotel, the sofa bed consist of 2 single sofa, much wider like a normal double bed size. I hope future guest could learn from bad experience."
