"They were very flexible with the shuttle to and from Rusutsu Hotel, which made my snowboarding trip very enjoyable! There was no TV in the room, but I slept soundly in a warm, fluffy bed. Breakfast was also delicious! Meals and baths were at Rusutsu Hotel, so I think it's a great deal to stay here and have a great time!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. Many of the front desk staff were foreigners, and some seemed to struggle a bit with Japanese, but I appreciated their effort to explain everything thoroughly. Of course, there were Japanese staff too. Most of the guests were also foreigners. Since it's a condominium hotel, it had a kitchen and a washing machine. I'd recommend it for families or anyone who wants to cook. It's also the closest hotel to the hot springs."

"The hotels I chose for this trip to Japan were all amazing! At Rusutsu Niseko, I got to ski while enjoying the scenery, which really lifted my spirits. We perfectly dodged two blizzards by staying in between them. A truly enjoyable trip!"

"Bad review, bad review, bad review, don't stay in this hotel! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If I could, I wouldn't give it 1 point! 1. The hotel has no service, no one cares when you encounter problems 2 The hotel is very remote, far from the ski resort, and there are no shops nearby. I suggest you book a hotel in the ski resort, which is convenient and affordable. 3. It says that there is a shuttle bus, but in fact there is no, so you have to walk to the convenience store in the snow for half an hour. 4. The bathtub is broken 5. The washbasin is clogged 6. The water ran out halfway through washing your hair. Sorry, there is no solution, you can do it yourself"

Villa Rusutsu

"We loved our stay at Villa Rusutsu. Our two-bedroom cabin with fireplace, soaking tub and comfy beds was spacious and luxurious. It was quiet, lovely and warm with heated floors. The breakfast was substantial and fueled us for our days of skiing. Moreover, the staff were extremely helpful and kind (Megan went above and beyond by delivering honey and lemon from the kitchen when I was sick with a terrible cough!). They helped us with recommendations and made reservations for us, which we really appreciated. And the fact that they provide transportation for guests to and from the ski rental shop, the lifts, and restaurants, made everything easy and relaxing."
