"This is the best accommodation. The owner was incredibly kind and gave us lots of helpful tips about Rusutsu and the resort system, and he was attentive to every detail. The room was in excellent condition, with strong water pressure. The amenities were fully stocked, and they offered a free pick-up service to the resort (a 7-minute walk). They also served a delicious Western/Japanese/Korean fusion breakfast, which was truly satisfying. Honestly, if you knew about this place, you wouldn't have any reason to stay at a hotel unless you're a newlywed, a couple in love, or traveling with children."

"We loved our stay at Villa Rusutsu. Our two-bedroom cabin with fireplace, soaking tub and comfy beds was spacious and luxurious. It was quiet, lovely and warm with heated floors. The breakfast was substantial and fueled us for our days of skiing. Moreover, the staff were extremely helpful and kind (Megan went above and beyond by delivering honey and lemon from the kitchen when I was sick with a terrible cough!). They helped us with recommendations and made reservations for us, which we really appreciated. And the fact that they provide transportation for guests to and from the ski rental shop, the lifts, and restaurants, made everything easy and relaxing."
