"We stayed at Clos 1906 for a week and truly enjoyed our holiday. The property is delightful, peaceful and set amid surrounding fields of vines. We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was perfect and most welcome. Eduard and the staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay was completely relaxing. Breakfast was great and the pool was most welcome. The wine tasting and various restaurant recommendations were perfect. The Clos is around a 15 minute walk into St Emilion, so no need to use the car, and around a 10 minute walk to the train (to Bordeaux and Sarlat/Bergerac). We will definitely return, thank you to Eduard and the team!"

"Amazing location, in the middle of the vineyard. But be careful - in room 220 we didn't have a hot water, check it first. Service and staff not like in a 5 star hotel, overpriced. Restaraunt is really good, can recommend. Stuff during breakfast didn't speak english, so it was quite hard to order eggs or smth more than pastries."

"Stayed here one night and everything worked smoothly and flexibly. Jess organised our wishes in a friendly manner, breakfast at the garden ( also a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine from the region in a shade ) was a lovely highlight to finish a perfect stay in Saint-Émilion. All the city sights and many chateau's are within walking distance. The room was well-equipped and had everything that is needed for a short stay. Very informative approach from the begin with and all the tips and recommendations were shared during our visit. Can't wait to return one day to this gorgeous place."

"Hotel is incredible, rooms are spectacular and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great and the onsite 2 Michelin Star restaurant is definitely worth it. Location is great and walkable to all of St Emilion. We walked to a number of wineries which I noted others drove once you got outside of the old city walls but you really can reach so many incredible wineries by foot. You do need to book most restaurants in advance around town so make sure you work with the hotel to take care of that before you arrive. Doing the private tasting at their Chateau is absolutely worth it and they’ll drive you there in the hotels Bentley. It was a great experience if you are looking for a quiet beautiful stay."
