"The hotel was recommended by a customer and helped us get a visa. The decoration of the hotel is elegant and cultural, and there is security check at the entrance. Unfortunately, I had a heat stroke on the day I arrived and couldn't eat my dinner. I wanted to eat some fruit. When I returned to the hotel, I found that a plate of fruit had been placed in the room. I was very surprised. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and made me feel at home. I highly recommend!"

"We arrived in Kuwait after a long delay and it was dark when we arrived. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we were offered an upgrade. When we got to the room we were very impressed. We had a suite with lovely views and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was very modern. We went for a short walk and there really isn't much around. We were looking for a nice restaurant but could only find kebab and chicken shops. So we went back to the hotel and ate at the buffet. It was fantastic! The standard of all the food was very high and the dining room very pleasant. We went back there for the (included) breakfast next morning. It really is a great hotel and highly recommended."

The setup was neat and well structured, and the team handled the service professionally throughout the program. Abhishek was part of the service team and demonstrated great attentiveness and support during the event. His coordination helped maintain a smooth and comfortable experience for all the guests. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we appreciate the dedication and effort shown by the entire team."
