"We arrived in Kuwait after a long delay and it was dark when we arrived. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we were offered an upgrade. When we got to the room we were very impressed. We had a suite with lovely views and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was very modern. We went for a short walk and there really isn't much around. We were looking for a nice restaurant but could only find kebab and chicken shops. So we went back to the hotel and ate at the buffet. It was fantastic! The standard of all the food was very high and the dining room very pleasant. We went back there for the (included) breakfast next morning. It really is a great hotel and highly recommended."

"Staying at this apartment hotel in Kuwait exceeded all my expectations! The two-bedroom apartment was spacious with an open layout, creating a wonderful homely atmosphere. It was incredibly comfortable, just like living in my own apartment. The most pleasant surprise was the thoughtful complimentary local SIM card. I was just about to figure out how to get a SIM card after landing in a new country, so this saved me some money right away. Such a warm and thoughtful service detail! The room was fully equipped, and the comfort level was top-notch. This will definitely be my first choice for accommodation, and I'll book it again when I return to Kuwait!"

NO GUEST ALLOWED THEY SAY “Its our policy” I came to visit my friend who just came from another country and wanted to go to his room to welcome him to my country and to greet him and they didnt allow me to do so and came up with pitty reasons why its not allowed. I just want to compare this situation with other hotels around the area even 5 stars hotel allows guests to visit and welcome them with respect. Will never recommend this hotel to none of my friends and will never do business here again. Very disrespectful and inconvenient."
