"I am leaving for the holiday tomorrow and I discovered that the beach is not usable because of a poseidonia. I called to ask a refund and not a single penny. I asked for a solution adequate to my needs and the high price I paid ( Even though I am a 9 year returning costumer and so I have a discount) . Nobody answered the email and nobody gave me a solution. This is the last time I will go there. Everyone from the director to the receptionist was either ignoring me or rude. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND TO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL. NOBODY CARES ABOUT. MY HOLIDAY IS RUINED AND IS NOT EVEN STARTED"

"Very nice holiday, the food is amazing, the rooms very spacious even though the cleaning can be better. The fitness lady Valentina very good teacher, super funny and professional at the same time. Valerio the head of the entertainment always organise the events very well. The food is so good and well present, that you can’t say no to anything. Manuela and the staff at the beach very helpful and accommodating . I highly recommend this place"
