"Hello, I would like to raise my unpleasant concerns about my stay. I booked a family room with two double beds where the size of the room was acceptable.However, the room was dirty where several bugs were seen and the bed sheets had some stains. The toilet was unsatisfactory where the toilet seat was loose and the toilet flush was broken. Another thing that concerns me is that one of the windows and curtains were broken so that we couldn't shut it. This is a very big concern for those with young children who wish to stay in this hotel in the future.  Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and would not reccomend it to any other person who is considering this place as their stay because of how I overpayed to stay at such a disappointing hotel. I will never come back again."

"Hotel is 2star hotel and cannot compared with 3, 4, 5 stars. I will be giving my honest review based on 2stars. 1. Friendly and approachable receptionist. 2. There are malay and indian eateries behind the hotel. However they are closed on sunday and public holiday. Only few stalls open and suggest to have your meal before coming back to hotel. 3. There is 1 Indian mini mart and sell quite lots of things from food, vegetables to toiletries. 4. Nearest supermarket is Econsave Senai, by grab around RM5-10. THERE are lots of eateries surrounding ECONSAVE. When calling grab, must mention ECONSAVE SENAI. 5. Housekeeping, must tell recepcionist to clean your room otherwise housekeeping will not clean eventhough you have put 'housekeeping signage". 6. This hotel surrounded by industrial area. Expecting to have some water smelled from water tap. Many foreign workers in the vicinity. Expecting noise at night, outside the hotel. 7. We stay here, it is because we wanted to visit putuo village and johor premium outlet. 8. Good for short stay during airport transfer as it is nearest to senai airport. 9. If you already get used to stay in 3stars and above hotel, i dont recommend you to stay here."

"Other than its extremely convenient location near the airport, just a ten minute walk away, and the presence of a 24 hour Indian food stall nearby, the hotel itself was a major letdown. Upon arrival just before midnight, the entrance was poorly lit, creating an unwelcoming and slightly unsettling atmosphere. The situation was made worse by the visibly dated condition of the property. The wallpaper at the entrance was peeling and falling off, which immediately gave the impression of neglect. There were only two elevators in the building, and unfortunately one was out of order, leaving just a single working lift for all guests. This added to the overall inconvenience. Opening the room door, we were immediately hit with a strong, wet, and stale smell that was overwhelming. It was honestly difficult to take in. We kept reminding ourselves that we were only staying for a few hours and would be leaving as soon as the sun rose. Overall, the room was uncomfortable enough that I could not wait to leave. Aside from its location, this hotel did not meet expectations and is not a place I would choose to stay again."

"The place was kept clean with floors cleaned. The towels look so blackish when it is supposed to be white. Lots of black stains. They should change the towels every 3 months. Oh gosh. The cups so yellow. Cleaner never clean properly. See already oso scared. The bed is so hard. The shower stand is so rusty. Service is absolutely prompt and good!!! Fan is not working in one of the rooms."
